Bigger plants are higher at value
Had some lovely plants at much better quality & size but you have to pay higher valve.

Disappointing
Received 12 pelargoniums disappointing to find yet again one smaller weak one which died within 2 days. The rest all potted on day of receipt are fine and healthy.

We received our order of plug plants
We received our order of plug plants, which were healthy with good root systems. Potted them on next day in our greenhouse and all are doing incredibly well. Just waiting for our north - east coast of Scotland weather to get a bit warmer before hardening off and planting out. Thank you

2 out of 3 are flourishing.
Delivery was fine and arrived as per delivery information. 2 of the plants are thriving but one is struggling and I'm not sure it will survive.

Condition, Quality and Customer Relations
One of the most important details of on-line plant buying is the condition of the plants on arrival. Hayloft excell in this department, I've never yet received a damaged plant. A second important condition is the quality of the plants. Again, no complaints about Hayloft. Third and final decider is the customer service response and, again, Hayloft are excellent in customer relations. Over the years I've used many on-line garden suppliers, but for the last six months or so, Hayloft is the only one of two suppliers I now use. Thank you Hayloft.

Not over brilliant!
The problem was obviously the carriers. The plants were all over the place and battered. I think they had been tossed around. The packing if plants needs to be more secure.
