I purchased a Haylou Solar Ultra watch from their official store on AliExpress over 16 days ago, and I still have not received it. The item was supposed to be delivered by September 28th, yet nothing has arrived.

What makes this worse is their customer service — completely useless. Every time I reach out to ask why my watch hasn’t been delivered, the only response I get is “be patient, be patient.” That’s not customer service, that’s brushing customers off.

It feels like they take your money and then disappear. No updates, no proper support, no accountability. I regret trusting this brand and their store, and I strongly advise others to avoid buying anything from them unless you want the same frustrating experience.

il tracking sul sito è misero e fermo al giorno 6 settembre mandato mail ad assistenza NON ricevuto nessuna risposta non esiste nessuna info per sapere chi è il corriere che effettuerà la consegna.solo dopo una ricerca personale sfruttando i vari siti online di tracking sono riuscito ad avere qualche info in più.
quando (se) arriveranno spero almeno che siano veramente una bomba come le descrivono in tutte le recensioni.

Does not work. When you have logged in, you fall out after a few days and almost imponerende to log in. Sleeping times not correct.
The other stuff does not work.

Avevo già dato una recensione ed era di 5 stelle. La abbasso a 3 stelle perché vorrei che possiate migliorare sugli smartwatch. Ho acquistato haylou rs5 e per me i pro sono questi:

Per il resto vi ringrazio per aver rispettato la mia richiesta di inviarlo silver anziché nero, per un mio errore. Se migliorate quelle cose che ho elencato anche con un aggiornamento sarebbe fantastico, grazie mille.

great pair of headphones, bought two from them a year ago, the t-16 and t-18, so far both of them are still going strong, i recommend.

I bought a Haylou Solar LS05 smartwatch on October 22, 2021. Mostly, I wanted to use it for sleep tracking, pulse measuring and activity/sport recording. The price was really good. The pulse rate measuring function is very accurate, I have double-checked it with a blood pressure monitor and a pulse oximeter and my pulse rate was just the same as the watch showed. The step and activity recording are precise, too. Only the sleep tracking is not accurate. It records a "deep sleep", a "light sleep" and an "awake" status, but most of the time, when it shows light sleep, I'm awake actually. There are multiple watch faces you can choose from, so you won't get bored of it. :)
All in all, it's a pretty good buy and is a very solid choice for this price range.

Haylou Solar LS05 is nice smart bracelet (watch) for price. But need to upgrade your display btw.

Köpte Haylou GT3 True Wireless Earbuds från TOMTOP som var trasigt när det kom till mig. Endast 1st Earbud fungerade. Steven på Tomtop support vägrade betala tillbaka pengarna efter att Haylou enligt honom inte ville skicka en ny Earbud som inte fungerade vid leverans. Enligt "Steven" på TOMTOP ville inte HAYLOU ta sitt ansvar för att den ena earbuds inte fungerade i stereo hörlurskitet. Att inte HAYLOU tar sitt ansvar för sina produkter tycker jag är fruktansvärt dåligt, men jag är tveksam för det enda jag begärde var att få en ny som fungerade. Och om HAYLOU är rädd om sitt produkt rykte så borde det ju vara mycket enkelt att lösa. Men dom kanske är lika oseriösa som TOMTOP (Steven på supporten) som lovar full ersättning för mitt köp men endast erbjuder 65% tillbaka. Vet inte vad som gör att dessa företagen är så oseriösa.
