The chair feels premium the moment you sit in it
The seat cushion is dense enough to support long gaming or work sessions without flattening.

The backrest contour actually follows your spine instead of forcing you into a stiff posture.

I would absolutely buy another product…

I would absolutely buy another product from HBADA. I made the mistake of buying two items when I just needed one. Their customer service kept tight communication with me while they were at the same time trying to cancel the item which had already shipped. They were able to stop the item from delivery saving me the cost of shipping it back. Excellent product backed by amazing, top tier customer service such as Ben and Lin - unfortunately, I don't have their last names.. Thank you both and to the entire team!

The lumbar piece for your lower back…

The lumbar piece for your lower back doesn't stay in the top ratchet position it just falls back down to the bottom. The chair's highest setting which I prefer isn't high enough for my desk. It is flush which doesn't allow me to pull all the up to my desk. The levers are awkward and not easy to use.

Glad I went for it

Great delivery speed, awesome chair. Really happy with the comfort, I spend ~30 hours a week in a computer chair and this is the 4th computer chair I’ve owned and I’m the most happy with it.

Great office chair solution

Great office chair solution. I was bummed that the color I wanted was sold out, but that disappointment disappeared as soon as I started using this chair. If you spend long hours at a desk or in front of a screen, this chair is incredibly comfortable and provides great support. Easily one of the best office chair purchases I’ve made. Highly recommend!

Excellent on the surface but not perfect.

Love the look and the adjustability, but execution could be better.

Chair came with one screw missing. Wheels aren't as smooth as I'd expect. Adjustment tightnesses are inconsistent (left armrest adjusts easier than right, cervical support difficult to adjust. The seat itself could stand an extra adjustment for tilt but that's a personal preference.

Overall, I'm satisfied, but it's not the silver bullet of chairs for me.

Chair is good quality

Chair is good quality, there's just some REALLY bad engineering choices taking place here. For one, the arm pads sit too far forward and do not slide backward at all. Second, the arm rests are attached to the back, so when you recline, the arms point to the sky, making them completely unusable. Last but not least, the arm rests are wayyyyyy too high and do not have enough range of motion. If these things got fixed, the chair would be perfect.

HBADA is a scam Chinese company

HBADA chairs are poorly designed, uncomfortable, and backed by some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I returned the chair within the approved return window, and HBADA received it nearly SIX MONTHS ago. Despite that, they still have not issued my refund.

Instead, I’ve endured a nonstop cycle of excuses and scripted responses claiming they are “escalating the issue” or “confirming repayment details.” After more than a dozen emails, nothing has happened except more delays and stalling.

At this point, it feels less like incompetence and more like a deliberate strategy to avoid honoring refunds. A company should not hold a customer’s money hostage for half a year after receiving a returned product.

Avoid HBADA entirely. The chairs are low quality, uncomfortable, and if something goes wrong, don’t expect support or accountability. Buy local or from a reputable company that actually stands behind its products.

achat fais sur le site hbada pour une chaise ergonimique hbada E3 pro le 10 mars 2026.
je souhaite la retourner car elle est vraiment pas confortable et adapté pour mes soucis de dos.
je contacte le service client hbada qui me répond vite au début et me dit qu'il vont me trouver une solution a mon souci sauf moi je souhaite retourner le produit car dans les 30 jours on n'est satisfait ou rembourser garantie.
sauf il veule que je renvoi moi même les frais envois car il on pas de bordereaux retour a mon adresse en france une blague total.
sincèrement n'acheté pas du tout de chaise de cette marque le service client des incompétents qui se fiche de nous.

HBADA doesn't give return label

I'm trying to return my chair since the 29th of December. I emailed the company as asked on their website, and I got a reply very fast saying I needed the return label.
I'm waiting since then to receive the return label, so the pickup can be arranged. I email them 1/2 a week, and they always say it will be done ASAP.
I'm waiting for 3,5 weeks for a return label.

Serious safety & return issues

After just 2 days of normal use, my HBADA E3 Ultra chair suffered major structural failure - one of the main legs broke off, making the chair unsafe and completely unusable. This is unacceptable for a product in this price range.

HBADA agreed to a full refund and free collection, but then repeatedly failed to arrange the pickup, missed confirmed collection dates, and avoided providing courier details or tracking. Communication was inconsistent and required constant chasing, with vague promises and delays.

I eventually had to raise a bank dispute to protect my refund. Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to be very cautious — the product quality and after-sales support are not reliable.

Beyond the product issue itself, we recognize that our after-sales handling made an already difficult situation significantly worse. You should never have had to escalate to a bank dispute to secure a refund you were already promised.

Solo apparenza

Arrivata la mia hbada e3pro ho dovuto contattare l’assistenza perché ho ricevuto una sedia con pezzi difettosi altri decisamente rovinati e tolto risposte cordiali di una presunta assistenza che sparisce dopo promesse di supporto e quindi di risoluzione del problema non se ne ha più traccia.
Sconsiglio l’acquisto pessima azienda non vi è serietà ne trasparenza.

Così che non abbiamo anche da replicare questa azienda ammesso che esista realmente qualcosa de genere.

Bad support en quality chair

What a mess! The chair doesn't work at all, and the poor posture only makes your back hurt more. The chair is poorly designed, causing it to wobble and break in some places after just a few months. They're offering a 10% discount on a €522 chair. This company is a complete scam and completely unfocused on customers. I recommend: don't buy these products!
