Great customer support

Kylie has been phenomenal from day one!
Not only did she guide me from the start and work with me through the setup process, she's always been reachable and quick to respond to lingering questions I've had. Coming from another insurance company through the NYS marketplace, Solo's been so easy to work with and wish I switched sooner. It's been so simple and direct to get in touch, rather than a several day line of communication for simple answers from my previous company.
