Lack of communication between people at HCD
Took 2 months to get the order straight and lots of calls from Dr. every person I talked to seemed like they didn’t have communication with previous people. This is not the first time. We were told prescription was good until Aug then Home Care calls for me to reorder. No call back to let me know there was a problem, just didn’t send it. I don’t think they realize this is crucial supplies for a medical condition.
