CEP - One of the best!
Meghan was an absolute pleasure to meet and be taught by. I would love to get a listing of other HCI courses she specifically teaches, she was that fantastic! I plan to sign up for the CMHR for the first week in Dec! Keep up the great content. These are great courses all level of Leaders should take.

Day 1 / Day 2 Courses DELIVER!
HCI's two day courses DELIVER! I've attended HCI's People Analytics course and their Strategic Talent Acquisition course. Both courses had a wonderful, funnel-type approach with excellent exercises, solid recommendations, and action planning steps at the end of every major section of learning. Both also provided extra resources for further learning, and - if as if that's not enough - both provided me an opportunity to network with other students so I can continue my learning and development long after I've finished the course.
Investing in Coaching
I really enjoyed the two-day, virtual learning session for the Coaching for Engagement and Performance (CEP) certificate program. The content and flow were easy to follow, the facilitator was engaging, and the various perspectives from the learners in different industries was very impactful.
I highly encourage anyone looking to build their individual and/or organizational coaching effectiveness to consider HCI’s CEP certificate program.
Course was too expensive
Course was too expensive. Ideas were too large and vague. Instead of hands on designing, we discussed different theories and approaches. Was not interactive enough- only used chat rooms.
Will not use HCI again

Good Course!
The facilitator was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, provided relevant examples and kept the class interactive. Additional reference materials, like books from expert authors and sample tools would have made it 5 stars for me.
Overall fantastic experience
The facilitator, Meghan Hargrave was fantastic for the Strategic Workforce Planning training. She was energetic, positive, and continually engaged the audience, even though there was a lot of information to cover.
The training I attended lasted 2 full days and although breaks were provided, I would encourage the training to extend past 2 days. There was a lot of information to cover and towards the end of the training the material tended to be rushed.

It was good. I was looking forward to more how to lead HR, strategically, setting the charter for the organization's HR function. The content was good, just not strategic enough in my view. It had great content, though.

This two-day program was the perfect length and was jam-packed with information. I think the most informative aspect was being able to connect with other leaders to share ideas. Rebecca, our facilitator, was engaging and made the class enjoyable.
