I had two treatments at HC med spa. Morpheus 8 and Accent. I wasn't too impressed with the Morpheus 8 as I have had no visible results with it and tried to contact the Manager on several occasions without any luck. I would however recommend Romana as a therapist, I think her customer service skills and knowledge on treatments was great. Overall, not very happy with the results on Morpheous 8.

Highly recommend Chinazom as a therapist she is the best! Extremely thorough, patient and kind. I will only be going to her for laser hair removal from now on, she makes the whole experience so comfortable!

I had Laser hair removal. Really nice experience. Therapist was lovely. I can see my hair is thinner and growing back slower.

I have been going to HC Medspa in Radlett for many years. Everyone is always very welcoming and friendly. Ranju is an excellent therapist. Always smiling and happy and is exceptional at threading and waxing. She is meticulous and very professional. I would highly recommend Ranju and the salon.

I first went last August and the experience was amazing. The girl who did my facial was incredibly good! She made me feel relaxed and was very experienced.
Unfortunately this time- Thursday 4th Jan the experience was not the same. The girl who did my facial had a cold, so was permanently sniffing and coughing. She was very brisk, not very relaxing and the service was completely different to the previous. Very very disappointing

I had a wonderful laser experience at the Mill hill branch, Chinazom was very friendly, full of knowledge and gave a wonderful service.

I have been loving my experience at HC Med Spa Mill Hill, for its warm and friendly salon. I usually go for a wax and thread set of treatments and only recently I opted for laser hair removal, having completed my second session with Chinazom and it has worked wonders! From the first time I shaved before my first session, I did not need to shave again until before my second session! The hair growth was minimal to none. I am so pleased with such great results so early on.

Chinazom is so professional and knowledgeable about all things related to melanated skin. Laser hair treatment on black skin is usually a scary thing but I'm very pleased with my results.

Romana was fantastic! It was my first time and she was extremely nice and polite - even spoke to me about other ways to improve my skin to keep my mind off the nerves!

Manager Kim was so welcoming and friendly, I felt confident and trusting of the fact that they would take care of me just because of her presentation and approach!

Very welcoming at reception, manager Kim was very friendly. I went in for a laser patch test and felt very comfortable.

Karolina has performed my laser hair removal for the last 2 sessions and she is meticulous, thorough and extremely skilled at her job. She always goes above and beyond to make me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my treatment. I wouldn’t want any other technician. Highly recommend her. Previously I was given a different technician for every treatment and it was really awkward but now I’m a lot happier. Thank you Karolina x

Harpreet is The Best

Absolutely always enjoy coming to MedSpa but have to say by far …Harpreet is The Best when she does my waxing and especially facial threading ( my eyebrows look great again) I have had someone else doing my threading but Harpreet is excellent…
