Had my eyebrows threaded for the first time 5 years ago and have never gone back. Love this place

Great staff, really friendly and welcoming. Excellent at their jobs. Got my eyebrows done a few times and have always done an amazing job and are very careful.

I’ve been coming to hc med and spa for eyebrow threading and tinting for a while now and I have left smiling each time. It’s a very relaxing experience done by experts, who ask if you are happy whilst doing the shape and after the experience.

Great salon! I have been going to Harpeet for treatment with my two daughters for over a year. The staff are always friendly, helpful and professional and Harpeet is wonderful. The salon is clean, relaxing and comfortable. Great service! I am delighted that I found a local salon after a long search. Highly recommend.

Parul was professional and friendly as always.

I have been going to HC Med Spa Mill Hill and Finchley since 2018.

Sadly they have terrible staff retention, so you need to continually build new relationships and poor handovers.

Their management and customer care since late 2022 is atrocious in cases of complaints and issues. I have had my matter mishandled and unresolved since November 2022 and we are nearly in July 2023!!!

The phrase ‘Pass the buck’ now fits well in this company. There is no continuity of complaints or care. They do not care to resolve or pick up the phone and sort things out. You just get emails that are not even related to the matter because the buck has been passed so poorly repeatedly and they do not care to hear, understand and resolve the issue. The CEO/Head of the company is also simply not contactable for some bizarre reason.. you’d think they’d care to hear..

Now let’s get to the laser hair removal. Sure! Seems to work initially. But then over years you realise that your fine hairs become increasingly worse!! Their machines stimulate fine hair growth. So areas that didn’t have hair, then become increasingly hairy!! I have since started working with other spa’s which use the Candella machine and getting good results managing the problems that have been caused.

I have been doing laser hair removal with Kayla in Radlett. I have completed six sessions so far and have had great results. I would recommend this clinic for their professional service and great results.

This is the best med spa I’ve found, the staff are so kind and accommodating. Harpreet always does my eyebrows perfectly! Would highly recommend becoming a regular here
