Sorry to hear that the pillow is not to your liking. We make 7 different pillow thicknesses. According to the answers you provided at the time purchase, the # 24 thickness should have been a good fit, however, we do make other thicknesses that are thinner than the # 24. Customer service and delivery were…note that the seam where the head lies does ‘dig’ a bit so I had to put a towel to reduce that pain.
Customer service and delivery were excellent. I ordered two pillows and will likely eventually purchase the travel version.

Thank you very much for your taking the time for your review. I can explain the reason why we suggest that the pillow is not leaned on to either read or watch TV while in bed.
We make 7 different pillow thicknesses, and there are micro-difference between the thicknesses so that we can truly fit the pillow to every person, and ensure a perfect fit. For this reason, they are precision pillows meant for the weight of the head only. If you lean on the pillow, then you are using the weight of your whole body, and that can stress the pillow prematurely.
Our goal is for you to enjoy your pillow for a long time.

We have been using these pillows since 1990. Then I had major migraine problems. I needed a neck support while sleeping and this pillow was recommended to me. I ended up buying one for my husband and myself. We would not live without them. By following the maintenance instructions they last very long.

Love this pillow
I was sceptical at first because the pillow seemed hard however it has resolved my neck issues. I probably tried over 20 pillows in the last couple years and nothing worked so I’m very happy with this pillow, will buy again for sure as this is now my go to pillow.
