We work closely with the NHS and pharmaceutical companies to dispense and deliver prescription medicine whilst providing nurse support to those patients that need it.

For some patients we will simply dispense and deliver their medicine, for some we may provide training on how to administer their medicine, whereas others may require ongoing nurse support to have their medicine administered for them.
We will work closely with our patient’s hospital team to ensure their medicine and/or care is provided to them safely and according to their prescription.

The nurse I spoke to was lovely she made sure I was ok and if I had any questions she answered them. She showed me how to use my medication and also stayed with me once I had it.

I received my medication well within the time frame given. I was informed of progress of the order as soon as it was received. I was able to change the time of delivery easily when I had an urgent hospital appointment come through for the same day. The telephone staff and delivery driver were friendly and helpful.

The nurse who delivered my training during the appointment was fantastic! Jaqueline was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She gave me the confidence to self inject despite my phobia of needles.
