I'm disappointed.. These seem to have less flavor and hard to take a decent pull. It takes some effort to get a good pull through the very thin straw design. I do like the Luvv ones much better. Still not sure if they are not harmful. UPDATE - I reached out to Healthvape and they were very understanding and fully refunded me so I am giving them 4 stars.

Consuming the product is okay. Leaves a pretty sticky, full feeling that coats your teeth and irritates your throat. when I'd like the feeling to be smooth instead. The devices are pretty bad, using a micro usb instead of the standard USB C, meaning you'll need to by a new cord that isn't useful for other things. The micro usb cord that comes with it is tiny like 3 inches, so not useful for practical at all.

Also some of the models come with extra plastic that makes any cord practically, if not completely, unusable.

Overall I'd say 2/10 as there are some things that are okay-fine, somethings that are bad-terrible, and no things that are good-great. This is across my experience of several products over a couple of years.

I placed an order about two weeks ago. Never shipped never got an email about shipping (just ME spending more money.) There is no contact number on the website so I know for sure this is a scam!
Will be reporting to the BBB! I don’t know how they still in business. And I don’t believe those 5 star reviews. That’s probably THEM trying to make themselves look good and legit! Y’all suck! People don’t have extra money to just throw away. If I ORDER AND PAY for something, I should get it!

terrible company, their credit card system does not work and they ask me to send them my credit card photo and my licence what the hell ! Scambags !

Waited for months, then the shipment went back to sender and they are not even giving a full refund. Waste of time and money.

Very pleased with my experience over the last 5 years of ordering from them. Quality products and the CS team always goes the extra mile when I have a question.

Ordered from these morons and when it arrived in Canada I was notified I would be charged customs fees. NOTHING on my checkout page indicated I could possibly incur more charges.

I refused the package, contacted this fraudulent company and their customer service sent back excuse after excuse as to why it was my fault over being a responsible seller and posting o the checkout page that additional customs charges may apply.

I told them to refund me or I will pursue action against them. They refunded some mo ey but the told me their would not refund shipping because it was my responsibility for shipping on returns.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND I WILL PURSUE FURTHER ACTION

So far very satisfied. I love the non nicotine crome vape pen.

Bre at customer service refused to even send me a replacement or I store credit on a future order ( there will be none since they treat their customers so terribly)
2 out of 10 pens were faulty. Not functioning at all.

Useless. The vape pen arrived and stopped working after a few puffs.. awaiting a response from the team now.

They did not send me the goods, charged me for the shipment, and only partially refunded me.

I reported them to bbb and all of a sudden they refunded shipping. How can they have 2.8 stars trust pilot if all their reviews are one star?
