My only issue was the purchase was added to my charge card before the product was mailed to me. It is my understanding you should have charged my card prior to filling the purchase.

The number 1 reason I ordered was Alex. After discussing the various manufacturers of the air filters and how each device accomplishes the actual cleansing of the air I made an easy decision and am receiving both air filters weeks ahead of schedule.
