Dont order for birthday present or Christmas present
The socks are good quality but delivery was atrocious.
Promised delivery mid December and they arrived in the new year.
I queried the parcel so they said they would pop something extra in my package. It took a month if not longer to arrive . There was no extra for the trouble but they sent a 5% voucher.
I wont be using them again.
My son had previously ordered from them not during a bust period. Their 10 day window was about 3 weeks.
Very disappointing
I placed an order on October 30, 2025, for 11 pairs of socks intended as Christmas gifts. The order was shipped only on December 15 and arrived on January 2, 2026.
Customer service was responsive but failed to provide any practical or financial solution for the delay. Although I was aware that some items were on pre-order, it is not acceptable for an order to take over two months to be fulfilled without clearly stating this at the time of purchase.
Some socks differ slightly in color from the images depending on the size, information that should have been disclosed beforehand. I also received multiple review request emails before receiving the products, which only added to the frustration.
The products appear original and solid, although I have not yet used them. I would prefer not to receive further expressions of understanding from the company unless they are accompanied by practical solutions.
In the end, what started as an experience full of enthusiasm turned out to be very frustrating.

I’m very happy with my socks! I love the quality and fit! I’m a fan! Got them before Christmas. A bit delayed but it was all fine! It’s weird to see all those other reviews. Think they blew up. Love the concept and will buy more! ☺️♥️

Incomplete and very late. Appalling Customer Service.
My order of 5 pairs of socks, ordered on 13 December and intended as a Christmas present, was marked as "dispatched" by 16 December but did not appear to be in tbe possession of Royal Mail for more than another week. During this time I had completely contradictory emails, apparently from the same person, Django, one saying they had been dispatched, and another saying they would not be sent until January. I made the point that unless they arrived soon they would be useless to me, and I would require a full refund. I was offered, as recompense, a £5 gift token redeemable only against a further minimum 2 item order. A refund would only be forthcoming upon me returning these items (that were still goodness knows where!) at my own expense. The company offered no solution to their chaos and incompetence that did not require me spending more money.
The order finally arrived on 2nd January, minus one of the five pairs supposed to be in the package. I have raised the issue of the order being incomplete and communication has now gone silent.

tiny socks in size 41-46?
I placed my first order in January and received an item whose colour was clearly different from what was shown online. I didn’t raise the issue at the time.
I placed a second order in mid-November to have the socks in time for Christmas gifts. There was no indication on the website that items were pre-orders; this was only communicated after I had already placed and paid for the order.
After two weeks, customer service said shipping would “probably” be mid-December, and the order arrived too late for Christmas.
I ordered five pairs of socks (four in size 41–46 and one “one size fits all”). Three pairs are noticeably smaller than the stated size range.
Finally, the marketing around the MSF collaboration (“every pair supports Doctors Without Borders”) lacks transparency. At €12 per pair, I expected a per-item donation, but was told it is instead a minimum annual donation of €1,200, with no fixed amount per sock.
Based on these experiences, I won’t be ordering again.

I have received my order finally after 2 months and one pair is missing. I only ordered two pairs!
Now missing a Xmas present and they were very expensive to begin with.

Scammers: order not sent, money not refunded
Same as other reviews: order not shipped within 3 days, no communication so I requested a refund. Customer service says the refund is “processed on their end” but I haven’t received anything for weeks and they don’t respond to emails anymore. Jango, where did you disappear and where is my money? I see that you apologize in delay in communication under the other reviews but I don’t care about that, it’s been 20 days since I’ve requested the refund just give my money back!!

Niet doen! Ik had wel negatieve reviews gelezen, maar dacht, dat gebeurt mij natuurlijk niet. Maar helaas. Besteld op 24 november, twee paar sokken. Één paar was op voorraad, het tweede paar zou half december binnenkomen. Mooi op tijd voor kerst. Maar helaas. Ik zie nu dat het bij de vervoerder is aangemeld op 17 december, maar zij hebben het pas vandaag op 24 december ontvangen. Tsja, dat gaat dus niet meer lukken. Weet dus dat je heel, heel, heel ruim vantevoren moet bestellen! Een maand is niet voldoende.

Scam company, so gutted!
Ordered over a month ago, and was told I would receive a tracking order within three days. Radio silence since, and no sign of the socks or even a tracking number. Really gutted as these were a gift and I was hoping to support such an awesome cause, but clearly some things are just too good to be true.

Poor business model, misleading product info
I have requested cancellation of my order and am really disappointed by how misleading the website is.
Ordered on October 22nd.
Order included some pre-order items, along with the several items marked “ships today” - so I did expect slower than usual shipping. HOWEVER.
Nearly a month after ordering there was no shipping update (the order confirmation promises 3 days) and I have just been informed (after asking Customer Service) that the pre-order items will not ship until early-mid December. In fact one of the items marked “ships today” may not be available until January and would delay the shipment further. On checking the website, this product (Emergency Socks) is still clearly marked “ships today”.
Furthermore, it’s incredibly difficult to find out where items ship from, to assess whether customs duties will apply for EU countries - the website suggests that non-EU countries are more likely to be affected, but the order confirmation then clearly states that items are NOT shipped from the EU and warns of potential customs fees.
