This is my second year of having my ears syringed with Hear4U. The staff are so friendly, kind and supportive. The audiologist was very gentle and explained every step of the procedure, even showing me a video of it afterwards!
I wouldn't go anywhere else since I discovered this company! I am delighted and happy that I have at last found someone who do their jobs to the highest specification!

I had appointment with Donna the ear specialist. I was a bit nervous. But Donna put me at ease. Donna explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend ears for you on the Hinckley road. A very professional staff and a very clean clinic.

It states on line that the clinic is disabled access which is not true as the front door has steps to enter and when you need to go from the waiting area to the treatment area more steps

Managed to get an appointment very quickly. He was patient and explained what he was going to do without rushing through. Removed the wax from both my ears explaining step by step, felt very much at ease.

From easily booking an appointment on line, with not too long a wait, to coming out happy and satisfied with my treatment, I can easily give 5 stars.
