First class experience. I was genuinely shocked by how blocked up my ears were and what came out ( what a glamorous review 😀). Would definitely recommend unreservedly if any hearing issues.

I booked to have wax removed from my left ear. My consultant was named Roger, he was very polite and informative. He talked me through the options available of water or suction for the removal. He advised the latter and did a very good job, explaining each step of the process to me. I would highly recommended Hear4u Hinckley Road Leicester, and my consultant Roger.

Was made to feel at ease. Procedure explained throughly, and was asked throughout procedure if I was ok. Very nice surroundings and made to feel comfortable.

All staff were extremely welcoming, polite and cheerful. It was my first appointment with Hear4U, Hinckley and I was put at ease as soon as I entered the clinic.
The lady that treated my ears explained what would happen and also told me exactly the process that would be undertaken.
From my experience I would certainly recommend Hear4U, Hinckley.

Had an immediate requirement as my hearing went over night due to an infection. I was booked in straight away. The team couldn’t have been more helpful. Have used Hear 4 U for a good few years now and they have always been exceptional.

The lovely ladies on reception are always very friendly and helpful. Donna is lovely and very professional, I would highly recommend going there. I've never had any issues health-wise after each time I've had my ears microsuctioned.

An appointment was made very quickly. The receptionist(s) were helpful and thorough. The practitioner explained the procedure very thoroughly and the job was done with a no minimum of fuss. Excellent.

Everything was perfect. From booking an appointment to customer care/service. Harriett was excellent. The ear wax was removed without any problems and I left satisfied.

The food seems to have gone downhill. You order and literally within minutes the food is with you . Looks and taste like it's been hanging around for a while waiting to be ordered..

Once again, first class service. From booking the appointment to delivery of the procedure was faultless. Staff are always friendly and polite, and professional.

I booked on the day, as a last minute appointment. Treated with respect and listened to. Took into account other treatment already had and gave full information and extra investigation without extra charge.

I managed to get a same day appointment, after a failed attempt at the GP’s a few days earlier, which left me feeling very down. I was panicking I wasn’t going to be able to go on my holiday, as was dreading the flight
Tony was brilliant, think my waxy ears were some of he worst he’d come across, but he persevered and eventually managed to clear them. He was professional and made the process very comfortable and let me know how it was progressing step by step.
I’d most definitely recommend this place to anyone, and it was literally the best £70 I’d spent in a long time!
