Order #2310390, so I received my first bottle and it doesn't close...it is completely defective. All the humidity is getting into the supplements. More concerning is if the quality is this bad for the bottle, what does that mean for the quality of the supplements?

I canceled my subscription twice - once a few days after receiving my first bottle (because these are too big and gross to get down), and again after noticing continued activity. Despite that, another order was still processed and shipped. That’s a serious issue with their subscription system.

When I reached out, I was told I could “refuse delivery” which is not realistic. Delivery drivers don’t wait around for you to refuse packages, and this shifts the burden onto the customer for a mistake that wasn’t theirs.

There was also confusion on their end about whether my subscription was even canceled, which adds to the concern that their system isn’t working properly.

I expected a prepaid return pickup arranged without hassle and/or a prompt refund

Instead, I got a back-and-forth arguing.

If you’re considering subscribing, be cautious, especially if you plan to cancel. The process doesn’t appear reliable.

I purchased colostrum supplement and when I received the shipment, it was set in a location near my mailbox where it was out in the sun for many hours . When I opened the box up, the product was hot and reading some information about how the heat can destroy the potency of the product I tried reaching out to the company to be reassured that the product will be OK .
I followed their online procedures on how to contact them and waited the amount of time on three different occasions and never received a reply back
So I think they have terrible customer support on their product and because of that will never purchase any products from them again be aware of customer support is not good

How would you feel if you ordered a $610 product from Heart & Soil, only to find out later that the price had been reduced to $450—while your order still hadn’t even arrived—and the company refused to refund the difference?

I love this product! Also, the support team is amazing! The supplements make me feel so much more energized and healthy.

I'm surprised there aren't many reviews on here yet! I strongly believe this to be one of the best "supplements" out there. Whole food in its most natural, bioavailable, and nutrient dense form. Quality ingredients, phenomenal customer service, and everyone who runs it is highly educated on what they offer and how it's sourced, produced, and packaged. Glass bottles rather than plastic, gelatin capsules. New Zealand grass-fed and grass-finished cows. No heavy metal issues. Not only that, I've had real results, especially once I cleaned up my diet (strict carnivore) to resolve absorption issues and eliminate anti-nutrients. To be more specific, these supplements completely resolved my ongoing blood sugar issues when I was still on the AIP diet. Highly recommend!

Placed an order for the Joint and Mobility Stack for overnight delivery. Ordered placed on April 25. Goods did not arrive until 5 days later. Despite "Route package protection" they added with my approval. Sounds like I was scammed.

I absolutely love this brand! I have subscribed to get whole package monthly, and I can feel the difference in myself. This brand and lifestyle is the way to go!

I recently purchased the whole package and none and liver supplements. We are so happy with our purchase. A week in and we can feel some changes. My husband and I both 53 and feeling better after stating the carnivore diet. However as for myself I was having trouble meeting my daily goals for proper calories, protyand fats. So I found this company and decided to give it a whirl. So glad I did!!! Next month I’m adding life blood to our regimen. We may add more not sure as we will take it day to day. All I can say is I’ve never felt better since changing my vegetarian/vegan lifestyle of 25 years. My life feels completely different as does my mind, body and spirit. Thanks to self discipline and Heart & Soil We WILL conquer our goals!
