Fantastic service! They sorted us out with a really big problem! We only ever use Heatfactors, and would definitely recommend them to anyone, for both heating and plumbing.
Special call out to Steve for prompt scheduling, and of course to Darren for doing a first class job. Thanks guys!

Darren & Craig arrived promptly to replace our ageing boiler. They were very pleasant, tidy and knowledgeable and finished the job quicker than expected.
They had the new boiler up and running showed us the new controls and the area cleaned and tidied as if nothing had happened - highly recommended for an excellent job

Darren was prompt and efficient, explained everything, described what the issues were and what he addressed, and also provided guidance on what might need updating to the system should I choose to do anything more.

Annual boiler service carried out efficiently, as ever. Darren was true to the good practice of Heatfactors, a reliable company I have used since 2015 - for boiler troubleshooting, maintenance, servicing and replacement. I would recommend them.

Very prompt response to a special call-out request. The fault was quickly identified by Darren on arrival and rectified with a new part fitted in a tidy manner. Very pleased with the Heatfactors service today.

So relieved to have a working boiler again - thank you Darren (and team!) for getting us back up and running so professionally. Much appreciated.

As always prompt response and a small problem solved very quickly. Can thoroughly recommend.

Heat factors is a great company to work with, very professional and helpful. Darren who came on site was on time, explained what was required and did an excellent job. I’d recommend Heat factors to anyone needing plumbers.

They did a great job getting in touch with me quickly and after hours when I submitted a request online. They called me again the the morning and had someone at my house by 11:30am. It was a great experience. Thanks you!

I have always found Heatfactors to be reliable, effective and courteous. They installed a new boiler (quite an unusual install) c 10 years ago and have serviced it since then, all done to a high standard.

Heatfactors fitted our boiler 10 years ago and made an excellent job of it. Every annual service since has been efficient, on time and carried out thoroughly.

Heatfactors Ltd undertook two jobs for me - a service on the central heating boiler & fitting a single lever kitchen tap. The engineer spotted Carbon Monoxide leakage from the boiler's heat exchanger - a most fortunate find! Vailant's engineer was called & the new parts fitted. The new tap works a treat. Darren (engineer) came again and certified the boiler as 5* and was thorough and courteous in all his work. I can recommend!

First class service today from Darren at Heatfactors. I have been using this company for the past 4 years. Highly recommend.

Excellent service as ever. Phoned to say they would be early. Job done efficiently with minimum fuss. Always reliable.

Heatfactors fitted a new boiler in a flat we own. Steven organised it all including getting access through our letting agent. He kept us informed and it all ran very smoothly and ahead of time.

Thanks Darren for checking out the boiler yesterday and for noticing and fixing the leak in an unrelated stp-cock! I've had great service over the years from Heat Factors.

Once again heatfactor give me a five star service
