Heating Principles Ltd have done several piece of work for me. The latest was to replace a boiler in my flat. The work was done with minimal fuss and every issue was overcome with positivity. HP Ltd diagnosed the problem and were on hand to quote and do the work within a matter of days. Hot showers never felt so good. Highly recommended.

Radek is everything you want in a plumber. He is incredibly knowledgable, reliable, efficient, punctual, tidy, and has very fair rates. He has helped me with leaks, radiators and a water filter. Highly, highly recommend.

Radek is simply fantastic. I have called on his service for various plumbing issues over the years and nothing is too much trouble for him. A friendly guy, a very hard worker and always gets the job done and promptly.

Radek is reliable , honest and good value for money. He is very professional, replies very quickly and does the job very efficiently. We are very happy to have found him, especially because we had bad experiences with plumbers before. Highly recommend.

Radek was polite & professional, but above all, knowledgeable on the heating system, thoroughly explaining how it worked and how I could improve the way I operated it. All in all, v happy, would recommend.

Radek is excellent at his job. Very helpful, approachable and kind. Done our shower, central heating and even helping us fixing our door. If you need a plumber, please contact him.

Radek came very highly recommended and he lived up to his reputation for excellence and more.
I will never look anywhere else for a quality plumber. Radek was punctual, polite, professional and proficient. His expertise is second to none and his kind manner, so appreciated. He was a joy to have in my home and he went above and beyond his remit to leave me feeling happy and relieved that my problem was solved so brilliantly. Use Radek, you’d be foolish not to, but not so often that I can’t reach him…He’s simply the best.

Great service from Radek. He arrived to an urgent call out quickly, then took the time to teach me how fix the problem. He was patient, kind & professional. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Heating Principles Ltd highly enough. Radek is absolutely incredible. He has installed two boilers for me, and the difference between his work and that of previous engineers is night and day.

Radek was unbelievably honest, professional, and knowledgeable. Unlike previous engineers who simply left the boilers running at full power (24 kW with a flow temperature of 65°C), Radek took the time to properly explain how the system should actually be set up and why. He showed me how to program the boilers correctly, reducing the output to around 6 kW and running the central heating at a much more efficient temperature between 35–39°C.

I had no idea this was even possible and that lack of explanation from previous engineers has meant my gas bills have been unnecessarily high for nearly 10 years. Radek’s attention to detail and willingness to educate me has already made a huge difference.

Radek is an absolute superstar and a consummate professional. If you want someone who genuinely cares about doing the job properly, saving you money, and delivering exceptional workmanship, Heating Principles Ltd is the company to use.

Quick response and problem fixed - thank you Radek - excellent service.

Radek was recommended to us by two people and we now know why. He responded to our request very quickly and made time to come visit us the following day. He was very professional and was very honest about the different options available to us. He solved our plumbing problem very efficiently. So easy to communicate with him and a pleasure to have work in our house.

Radek is incredibly helpful, responsive and trustworthy. He has helped us with multiple issues and always gets to the bottom of the problem. He even fixed our heating at very short notice on a Saturday afternoon! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and he's a firm favourite among our neighbours!

Radek was super -- professional attitude and clear in his work.

We had a suspected gas leak. He checked all our systems efficiently and explained everything he had done, including what to look for in future.

We highly recommend him!

Radek has provided great service on two separate occasions for my tenanted property.
He provided several pictures and videos of each issue. Both repairs were to a good standard and tenants commented on how polite and professional he was on each visit.

The engineer (Radek) was thorough, competent and helpful. After resolving the problem..which turned out to be electrical.. he took the trouble to explain the system and controls (both new to me) and advise on good practice both in terms of the heating sysyem and plumbing. I was most impressed.

Radek was fantastic. He responded quickly to messages and came round as son as he could to fix the boiler. The flat was rented and he was very helpful by providing a summary of the work he had done after each visit. I would highly recommend him.

Radek has undertaken an annual boiler check for me for five years now, as well as fixing occasional faults, and he has been consistently good. He is prompt and reliable, and keeps me informed about how the job is going. I highly recommend him.

Extremely knowledgeable and experienced, put me at ease. Good communication and actually read the manual to the fault before arriving!. Highly recommended and importantly is trustworthy.

Can not rate the service highly enough. So efficient, professional and friendly. Really helped us out when another company had messed us about.

They found the required parts really quickly and everything was finished and working again within a couple of hours.

Great value for money and we are so happy to have found a local service that is so wonderful!
