I ordered the Bailey 2 and 3 seater sofa in Dec for a new property. It fell through last minute and I called to cancel the order, the staff were so friendly and refunded me without hesitation. 3 months on with a new property I ordered them again and they were delivered quickly. are gorgeous and comfy. Came exceptionally well wrapped I was really impressed, the staff have been amazing every time I have spoken to them I must say that the customer service is 2nd to none and I absolutely love my new sofas.
Would have attached a pic but cannot find an option to do so.

10/10 would recommend!
The quality and condition of the ex-display sofa we purchased is incredible. Chloe was very friendly and answered my questions easily. The delivery was very quick and I got to choose the day and was given a time slot, the courier (AIT) called 30 minutes before delivery which was very helpful.

First rate service, quality and price.
Absolutely brilliant quality and incredible selection and price. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable; particular thanks to Carolyn, Chloe and Lee for exceptional service. This was the second visit and purchase from Heatons but it’s unlikely to be the last.

Amazing customer service ordering from Heaton’s. Delivery in under a week!
I noticed that the plug was damaged on arrival. I gave them a call, and within 10 minutes they got back to me with a solution to get a replacement sent out.
Will definitely be keeping my eye on their website for my next purchase!
