Wi-Fi Modules - Error in Sending Order
I received the WiFi module I order it via online, but I noticed a discrepancy between the image shown and the product I received. As a result, I contacted the company via email, and they provided a thorough and convincing technical explanation, clarifying that the product I received is the latest version of the one displayed on their website.
The company’s follow-up and insistence on offering a solution to the issue were greatly appreciated on my part, as they provided me with the option to return or exchange the product. This level of attention reflects the company’s deep commitment to customer satisfaction and their high professionalism in handling any technical issues that may arise.

We believe that you had problems using it with a different make of heat pump. Great support from this company
I bought the Heatpump 4 years ago and it has been flawless until this year when I had a problem with the control panel. The support guys have been brilliant they talked me through a couple of things to try before replacing the panel but they didnt work so I ordered a new panel. Again the support guys kept me informed about the order and offered advice if needed on how to install it. It was easy to install and the heatpump is working fine again
