Huge thank you for the boiler installation at my parents’ home. Jimmy was polite, professional, and delivered outstanding workmanship. Would highly recommend this installer, company and service!

Install completed in one day

Jimmy came and installed our system plus 9 radiators single handedly. We so appreciated his hard work in getting us up and running in a single day. Unfortunately, there are a few issues but these were mostly due to original surveyor not picking up on things which meant correct fittings/parts not being available and a new radiator to replace leaking rad in back room being undersized (having been replaced with a smaller, single-panelled radiator). Also, the non-working radiator in hallway did not get replaced so hallway still is cold. Pipes for boiler installed behind dishwasher rather than directly below boiler which means our dishwasher no longer fits under countertop. We were also left without a working bathroom and a couple of small leaks, however, we know a plumber so should be able to get this fixed in a few weeks when he becomes available (using a bucket to flush toilet in meantime). Our installer could have used a helper but the company had laid everyone off prior to our install, which meant a stressful and long day for Jimmy. Thankfully, my husband was able to help carry some of the heavier radiators and old cast iron boiler, but this could have been an issue for someone elderly or infirm. Cozyfy (also known as Heatzen and Proximus) did come back after install to take photos of outside of house and retake internal ceiling sizes as apparently surveyor hadn’t taken them correctly during original appointment and they could not claim grant without proper measurements. We allowed them back on the condition that the hall radiator would be fixed as house is now colder with new boiler than it was previously. They promised to have that resolved but we’ve heard nothing back since.

We were misled regarding the guarantee.,

The guys who came to fit the insulation and boiler could not have been more professional, pleasant and experienced. However we were misled by both Heatzen and the installer and told that we would have a 10 year Guarantee for our Worcester Bosch boiler. As it was fitted by an accredited installer why was this reduced to 2 years. This gives us added stress going forward when the installation of a new boiler was to alleviate this as we are in our 80’s and not in great health. This is very disappointing.

The workmen were both excellent

The workmen were both excellent, they kept me informed of arrival time, work carried out, I was consulted throughout the fitting and the work was completed to a high standard. Jimmy went above and beyond and I’m very happy with the work that was carried out.

Condemned boiler badly installed in a space not adequate

So I took my reviews off a while ago because they asked me not because i have ever been happy with them. I decided last year to pay a plan with British Gas which luckily included radiators & yearly boiler service but they came and this happened he said if it breaks diwn we won’t coo ok me out to it and hes put stickers on it
Condemning it do not use he said no idea why they have put that boiler in . I said well I asked for the bigger boiler his response was excuse me for saying but they are supposed to be the professionals and they should have refused explaining it wouldn't be suitable because it’s not accessible where it is due to its size so shouldn’t have been installed. So I can’t see any way round this i am going to see what a solicitor says. I really can’t see any other option who wants a boiler that isn’t accessible unless you cut the plinth out of a new kitchen.

Service to Install a central heating boiler.

Luke arrived to install a central heating boiler. From the outset he was very professional, cheerful and patiently and clearly explained what he was going to do, putting us at ease. We could immediately see he was very experienced and the work was carried out without any problem and without leaving any mess. Before leaving everything about the running of the boiler was explained and a contact number provided if we needed advice. I would recommend him without hesitation. A Five star service.

Cowboy company I am reposting my review…

Cowboy company I am reposting my review as they had it removed. They came out to install a boiler and the work was horrific nothing but issues and poor workmanship. Several complaints to Zoe in customer service about a leak that damaged my floor that they still have not had the decency to repair. Again I will post messages to prove the radio silence I have had and compete disregard for customers properties or taking any account for liability. Avoid like the plague they are just after grant money and couldn’t give a monkeys about your property.

With regard to the concerns raised, it was never established that our engineers caused the damage to the flooring. Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill and in an effort to resolve the matter, we arranged and covered the cost for a flooring company to attend your property and carry out the repair.
Prior to the visit, the materials were confirmed with you via text message.

However, when the installers arrived on site, you declined the agreed materials due to a change in preference regarding the colour and requested that the work area be extended beyond the originally discussed section. As this additional work was outside the scope of what had been arranged, the installers were unable to proceed and had to be called back.

We are disappointed that despite the substantial work carried out at your property, which improved its overall condition, and our decision to go above and beyond to assist with the flooring issue as a gesture of goodwill, you have still chosen to leave us a negative review.

Should you wish to discuss the matter further, we remain available to do so directly.

Heatzen were very good company to deal with and the installation team Luke and Ky did a fantastic job installing my new boiler.there was a problem with the existing gas supply when they found it was leaking but overcame the problem in a very professional manor.
Very hard working and efficient team.
