BUYER BEWARE!!!This company purports to be Australian with a warehouse in Footscray VIC. BUT the products ship from overseas, the 5-12 business days shipping is more like 30 days. Returns must be sent to an overseas address costing 40USD/EUR with a 15% restocking fee. The shoes themselves are light,plastic and flimsy and look cheap, not like the photos online. What an expensive and frustrating experience!

SCAM!! Ships directly from China. Dress is awful quality and very poor sizing. Took 3 weeks for my order to arrive. Using Melbourne in the name and mentioning free shipping in Australia, yet this website has absolutely nothing to do with Australia. Do not purchase anything from here!!

The dress arrived, was different from what was shown in pictures. Online it shows a corset lace up back but the dress arrived without that it was more like a bodysuit… I was very disappointed. Colour is also not as dark as on the website

The garment I received was not as described. It was advertised as cotton, but the item delivered was poor quality and did not appear to be cotton at all. a very poor polyster.

I have been unable to contact the company to resolve the issue. Every email I have sent has been returned as undeliverable, leaving me with no effective way to obtain assistance or arrange a return.

The website gave me the impression that I was purchasing from an Australian business. However, the company appears to operate from China, which was not clear to me when placing my order.

I have reported my experience to Scamwatch. Given the discrepancy between the advertised product and what I received, together with the inability to contact the company, I would not recommend purchasing from this business.

Item did not match the picture. The shoes were scratched in the fabric and with pen marks. Very poor quality

Bought a matching lounge set mainly for wearing around the house, but it looks put together enough that I’ve worn it out for coffee as well. The material is soft, the waistband doesn’t dig in, and it has kept its shape after washing.

Bad quality and cut. Ridiculous cost for return.

Not from a shop in Melbourne, they use drop shipping services. Now I won't be getting the dress in time for my event!!

Everything wrong terrible I want return but I more expensive to return than throw away

The products are low quality and the sizes are very small. Their return/refund policy will cost you more to get what you actually want. They only refund 10% of what you spent. If I knew that the order comes directly from China I would have gone elsewhere. Definitely won't be shopping here again.

Took longer than expected as it seems the product is manufactured overseas somewhere to order. No labels and dags of thread I had to cut off. The cut of the garment is good and true to size. The fabric is ok but sold as linen and feels like a linen mix.
Not the quality I expected for the price.

After 3 weeks of waiting for them to arrive, the shoes didn't fit, but when i went to send them back they said I would have to pay the $57 shipping which is exactly what i paid for the shoes in the first place. They shouldn't claim they have a returns policy if they don't pay the return shipping.

Do not purchase from this website. They pretend to be from Australia but are actually a Chinese company and will make you pay for international shipping if you need to return an item.

I placed my order 22 September. I was notified 6 days later it was finally shipped. After multiple attempts to get assistance I got nowhere. It is now 13th October and still no news of when or if I would receive items or a reply from resolutions department. I would not trust or order from this business. It says Melbourne but is based overseas somewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The sizing was completely incorrect, and the quality of the product was very poor. The item did not meet my expectations, and I am dissatisfied with the overall experience.

I would appreciate your prompt response regarding how this matter can be resolved.

I did not like the fabric it was not linen as promoted but cheap polyester probably from TEMU.
I have sent 2 emails about returns without any response at all. I am not happy and would not recommend your company to any of my friends or family.

I ordered this dress on the 22nd of September for a function I’m attending in Bali on the 15th of October….its still not here.
That was 19 days ago - you can imagine my disappointment.
I’d really love to know where it is.

The dress wasn't anything like the photo. Poor material as usual like all online clothing. I asked for a REFUND but you have ingnored my requests. It came from Heaven Melbourne, NEVER mentioned US dollars, very different to Australian dollars. I assumed was in Australia so I could return it if NOT satisfied. The last message I received was to return to China. NOT SATISFIED!! YOU HAVE MISLED BUYERS. I have sent a few emails now. Your company is a SCAM!

The reviews are correct, I too have had the same experience. A dress I purchased was advertised as cotton fabric, was totally synthetic. I asked for a refund, there was a lot of correspondence with them offering a percentage off and getting to keep the dress which I don't want. I mentioned Australian consumer law. They are totally unfazed by that, continuing to try and delay an eventual refund which they did offer in the end but stated I would have to pay postage of 20 to 40 dollars. I am so unhappy, never deal with these people!

I ordered sandals that were described as 'premium woven leather'. What I received were cheap, ugly, synthetic sandals from China - nothing like the picture or description on their website!
They refuse to honour Australian Consumer Law - the goods were falsely advertised yet they are refusing to accept return postage and provide me with a full refund.
I intend on taking this further!
Update: Do NOT pay for return shipping or accept a refund! Go straight to your credit card company & request a chargeback. AMEX did this for me & within days the full amount was credited back to me.
It is the only way to get your money back!
