HeavenLii, A fraud dealer
Against a price of Rs.499, I was provided with a plastic cover with half torn floral paper partially pasted on this. According to their declared return policy, a return claim duly supported by two photographs was filed on the day of receipt of order itself. I was offered an exchange but NO REFUND against their declared policy. The dealer is engrossed in malpractice and not reliable at all. Please don't waste your hard earned money.

Antwort von Heavenly Cases
The reviewer did not provide any details such as their name, order number, or items purchased when asked for this information. We strive to offer the best possible service as a small family business. Unfortunately, given the lack of specifics and the reviewer's Trustpilot username, this is a spam/fake review. We also do not sell outside of the UK at this time. Our terms do state we will exchange or return an item. These reviews seem to follow a trend. Trustpilot will not remove fake reviews even after providing evidence.
The Best On The Market
Heavenly are by far the greatest cases I have come across so far. Having a huge collection and needs for a huge order, Heavenly were fantastic in sorting me out a tailored order exactly for my needs. Over the moon with the quality and fantastic customer service. Will be buying from here to fulfil the future additions to the collection!

Genuinely the best acrylics I’ve seen
Genuinely the best acrylics I’ve seen. Perfect not just for protection but also for display. Price very reasonable but not an ounce missed on quality. Made the mistake of trying a marginally cheaper brand recently, and was full of regret
