I see all the bad reviews on here and i guess i must be lucky. I ordered the wrong items and they replaced them for the correct items and refunded the difference no questions asked, i thought their customer service was excellent any questions i asked they answered even down to installing the parts. The items arrived from poland in about 4 days with ups and the items i ordered were top quality. I genuinely cant fault them.

è il secondo articolo (paracarene) per moto, che acquisto da loro. posso essere pienamente soddisfatto sia della qualità del prodotto, che della spedizione. ottimi tempi anche di consegna. da ordine a consegna 5gg totali.

Acquistato un paracoppa per triumph tiger 1200 del 2022 alla prima pietra presa il bullone che fissava il paracoppa alla staffa sotto il paracoppa va a bucare la coppa dell'olio...mandato una richiesta di rimborso della spesa con foto e descrizione dell'accaduto non si sono fatti piu sentire dopo la prima Mail.
Intanto ho dovuto spendere 800 euro per sistemare la moto...l'unica fortuna è che mi sono fermato subito senza causare altri danni...mai più HEED e la sconsiglierò sempre a chiunque

The deliver company that they use GLS are absolute rubbish. The parcel sat in polish warehouse for over a week then sat in a warehouse in France for 2 days before moving to a second warehouse in France and finally to Ireland where it sat in another warehouse here for 2 days.
I contacted HEED and the attitude was awful they didnt care , They said reject the parcel when it does arrive and as soon as it gets back to Poland they will refund the money.
Crap Customer service and didnt care they have my money.
Do Not Buy or arrange your own delivery. I wont buy again from them thats for sure

16/09/2025 Cambio a cuatro estrellas, por que a pesar de ser cierto el problema de mi compra, a las empresas no las hacen grandes vender sus productos correctamente que para eso cobran, si no como solucionan los problemas a los clientes, en este caso un 10, el producto no fue bien y me realizaron la devolución en cuento de devolvió el producto.
Acabo de comprar un producto que anuncian en su pagina compatible con mi motocicleta, en este caso una BMW GS9000 pero no es compatible, no te indican en ningún momento que para que se puedan usar tienes que quitar accesorios originales, de momento 2 estrellas a la espera de la resolución de la devolución que he solicitado que es donde de verdad las grandes empresas demuestran la diferencia, esperare su contestación para modificar la calificación.

These bars are crap buyed for tiger 1200. My right knee is banging against the bolt. Quality is poor bars almost scrach engine, if u drop bike these bars crash your engine not protect.

Ordered crash bars for the BMW R1200C in black. Paid via PayPal. In a view days I recieved the bars. It are great bars for a good price. They fit exactly on the bike. On the Heed site you find the instruction to fit the bars. Send email is fast answered. Great company in my opinion.

I bought 2 products from this company, protective arches and a central stand for my triumph tiger 800 motorcycle. I'm satisfied with the kickguards, everything is fine, but the central stand has been giving me trouble since the 1st day of installation, after the first use the spring stretched and you hang, that is, the stand does not lock and I have to tie it down. I tried changing the springs, but the effect is the same. I wrote to the company, sent photos and videos, but no one got back to me in a year. I do not recommend this company.

I would give zero stars if I could.
I ordered a set of bars for my motorcycle 14 days ago, I was sent a message saying the bars were arriving on a particular day between 10.00 and 15.00.
I waited all day until 18.00 no bars arrived.
I spoke to UPS who stated the bars had not even been collected from Poland.
I was then asked to pay customs, which I did.
I now find out the bars won't be with me before I set off on a three month motorcycle journey.
I contacted Heed asking if I can have the package redirected to France for collection but two or three emails were ignored.
I rang to speak with someone but they said they would look into it, nothing happened.
I have paid money and still do not have the crash bars.

Spedizione puntuale, barre paramotore per v strom 650 imballate alla perfezione, montaggio facile e preciso, qualità lavorazione ( saldature e verniciatura) a mio avviso molto buone. Non avendo per fortuna avuto problemi non posso dare un parere sull'assistenza.

Chiedo informazioni su un prodotto mi rispondono dopo una settimana dicendo che non è compatibile con la mia moto, nel frattempo l’ho ordinato e pagato, ho mandato molte e-mail senza risposta, ho fatto richiesta a PayPal per riavere i soldi indietro. Non li consiglio, sono veramente inaffidabili

Usano un corriere disgraziato e lo sanno tutti (GLS), ma questo è l'aspetto meno importante. Ho provato a contattarli due volte, non si degnano di rispondere. Il prodotto è solo una parte della vendita, il customer care in questa azienda è inesistente. Quindi mai più Heed. Se hai un problema con loro, il problema è solo tuo!

I ordered crash bars a week ago, and I still haven't received anything from them, not crash bars, not even email confirmation, even though I already paid. On their website it says 24h at most before delivery starts.
I send them multiple emails, but no response.

If I could put zero stars then, I would! Avoid this company like the plague! They are totally dishonest and, have no customer service at all. After buying a set of their laughingly called engine protectors for a Bmw r1250rs, I found that the cylinder head touched down instead of the 'guards'. I promptly emailed Heed to inform them of this, and received NO answers! Over the next two weeks I sent various emails, non of which they replied to! I decided to take a look on Google earth exactly where the company was situated, in that area there is no manufacturer with the name Heed, I strongly suspect that the bars are made (probably in China) and, the Polish adress is just an apartment! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Crooks, Charged me 39 Euro VAT despite of non EU purchase. I buy many motorcycle stuff from EU and never get charged any VAT as its Exported to NON EU country in Canada/USA. But these people are frauds, their customs declarations shows NON EU Price and will not reply or refund. They are doing tax fraud by collecting and now i Filed dispute to CC

Ordered crash bars for my BMW R1200RS; full set. Delivered swiftly and fits perfect.
An order picking error was processed quickly after E-mail communication in perfect English.

Bought Heed crash bars for my BMW F800gs. The price seemed very good for full-protection bars.

Installation was simple, required few tools and the bars fit the bike like a glove.

However, I laid down the bike at 0 kmph on a rocky road and the bars bent slightly.

Heed customer support said that they are meant to behave that way, in order to absorb the energy of the crash. I would have accepted this explanation in case of an actual crash, but not when I simply laid down the bike at a standstill. Seems like these bars cannot hold the weight of the motorcycle, let alone protect it in the event of a mild crash.

Would not buy again.

I was amazed that this arrived from Polland to Texas in 1 week. The quality looks great. Now as long as installation goes good I am thrilled.
