I emailed helabet security department to verify my account. They did not reply to my email even after 25 days.

I played and won, when making a withdrawal they always said the payment method I used was under maintenance. After that it told me to use another payment method, after I followed it the same problem still occurred. The system shows that my payment was approved, after which it was canceled by the operator. I can account for all of this by providing all evidence of conversations via email with the relevant department.

first they decreased my commission without even talking to me ,what fake programme, I'm working for almost all affiliates in India but no one do such things

My all conditions met for withdrawals & i was receiving my withdrawals but from last month they aren't paying what's in my available to withdrawal, when i ask they say we are checking players. i thought it's ok i have only 10 - 15 players they will check but Woooow when they still saying that they are checking these players from a month and still no updates, also forcing me to bring players to them if i want withdrawal , what they wanna show ??
