I do not have the product yet so why would you send me this review.
I am still wondering why I completed the order after I purchased it for 4$, I was in for the shipping surprise fee of 35$. As far as Im concerned the product is garbage because of this experience. Don't try to trick the customer it leaves a bad taste in mouths. I wont be back

The product came quick and was nicely packaged however after 5 days of use I see zero difference. I took before and after photos and the result is marginal if at all. Would not buy again, glad this came as a groupon because if I paid full price I would be mad.

I ordered through groupon 2 whitening kits they charge 30$ for each shipping so total of 60$ then they send both together in same shipping! It’s a ripp off what they charge in shipping!

I have been impressed with this product and the customer service that has come with it. They are prompt to questions and quick to support their pride in their brand.

I have recommended this product to others who may not know what they are getting off the internet. The results are impressive Remember not to drink coffee, tea, colas or red wine when whitening

As well, I ordered their strips and waiting to try those conveniently, as well.

Quick delivery came as advertised in the kit, and everything works well. Tooth was sensitive right after use, but has gone away and can see a difference after one session.

Thought I was getting a great deal just to find out once I registered online I would have to pay an additional $50 to have it shipped
to my house. I felt like I had no choice but to carry forward with it since I had already bought the coupon! Would have been nice to know that ahead of time! Not a good deal!!!

I bought it through Groupon and registered for the product on Helios website for additional payment and paid for the remaining balance and shipping but haven’t received anything yet not the product not even customer care replied as I asked for refund so please don’t waste your money for a thing that’s not gonna show up

Great offer for what it’s worth and outcome!

I paid $7 CDN for the Group On, and $35 USD for shipping which was sent from Toronto.
I did not get a chance to even view the shipping cost before checking out for the purchase.

I still haven't received my package. It's been over 2 weeks already. I did get a notification about the delay but the request for review came in twice already. Make sure to align the request for review and delivery.

I have not received my whitening kit yet so can not rate it but I was shocked at the high cost of shipping! $35.00! This cost you are not made aware of until you actually make the purchase and then you have no way of canceling.

Sorry I was all excited to receive this and I did and it’s not working no light comes on so I am stuck with the tubes which I may be able to use the jury still out but I cannot give you five stars for a half backed product

Waited about 10 days not too bad for delivery finally arrived and the light does not work reached out to customer service zero response my grade is a C minus don’t waste your money

I have yet to receive my order or an update on the order.

Given the $40 shipping fee for whitening gel I kinda thought it would have arrived by now. So sad to scam with a $40 delivery charge on something that costs the company $10 max.
I will never order from you again and did a review on Groupon to say as much.
Hope my product arrives soon.

Order placement was quick and they updated me immediately when the shipment was delayed! Excited to get the product and give it a try :)

3-4 week delay in shipping. Won’t arrive for months after purchase. Not worth it.
