Hi we used Mags O Connell to arrange a policy back in February she could not have been more helpfull at what was a very busy time with a new house move. Anything we asked of her was dealt with in a very professional and courtesy manner and we would definitely recommend dealing with mags again

Dan Mason was assigned to us by Hello.ie to guide us through the process of setting up mortgage protection. Dan was very easy to deal with; he was not too pushy & gave us guidance when needed. I found Dan to be most obliging and even went above & beyond to help when I did not have access to a printer! I would not have any hesitation in recommending Dan to friends or family.

I found hello through an online search. Dan Mason contacted me very quickly, listened and then advised well. When I told him there was delay in my proposed transaction he followed up with an email giving me his conta t details to get back in touch when I was ready. He did not constantly contact me or hassle me but waited until I made contact. This was main reason I left my current broker and went with Dan. Also a better price, better policy than offered by my current broker. From signing up the procedure was fast, efficient and hassle free. Policy was in place. Even after the sign up was complete he was still easy to contact when I had follow up questions.

I requested a call back and received this very promptly from Mags.
She explained the costs with various levels of cover very clearly. I did not find her too pushy when I asked for time to consider the quotes and compare against others I had received.
I received another call back from Mags after a couple of weeks and everything was agreed and processed very quickly and easily.
Very happy with the service provided.
