Never delivered after 2 months.

The said deliveries never happened.
On 13 June 2017 I was here all the time. And even didn’t go pick up my wife in order to receive the package.
It has been a totally and completely lie all the time.
Nobody came here yesterday at 4:45 PM because I was here.
As probably nobody came here on June 12 at 5:48. On this very day I left at 5:45 and later the concierge that leaves at 6 PM said that nobody came at any time.

Please provide the money back as asked yesterday night.
Thank you.

The product that I bought and was billed didn't arrive after 2 months.
Even if it was shipped by priority mail.
Many promises. Many e-mails. And no product at all after all this time.
The only thing that happened is that I was billed.
I asked for the company's president e-mail and I never received it.
Believe I'm talking with somebody that don't know or doesn't want to solve the delivery problem.

At this point all I ask is for the money back.

There have been many emails in regards to this shipment, and yes we are terribly sorry that this has been delayed in shipping as long as it has. We do show that we have reshipped this package and there was a delivery attempt according to the postal carrier, which no one was available to receive the package, again this is according to the postal service. The package will be out for delivery today, so hopefully someone will be able to receive it and you can begin using the product. Please let us know if there is still an issue, and we will be monitoring this today as well.

I was having trouble concentrating …

I was having trouble concentrating while studying and thought I would try Synaptol. It has been a great help, as I am an adult with ADD, and I now find it possible to concentrate for much longer periods and it helps stop my mind from going off on an unrelated tangent. Unfortunate AustralIan Customs doesn't like it and only a couple of bottles have made it through!

I rely on their arthritis formula to help treat my Rheumatoid Arthritis and have always found them easy to work with. Their recent promotion was cheaper than Amazon and I will be buying directly from them for now on.

We are terribly sorry that our product has not worked out for you. Since our product is not a chemical base, it would not have killed on contact as many other lice products would. For many customers, it did take several applications before the problem was completely resolved. It should have made it easier to comb them out and even soothed the scalp. However, if you are not happy at all with the product, please contact our call center directly for assistance.

I am from Turkey.
I would like to thank you very much to HelloLife. First of all the site is very userfriendly. I can find the topics easily what ı am lokking for on the site.

I found the product very trustworthy with explanations in the site and comments of users. I believe the product I ordered will be good for my mom's pain.

Another point is ı got very clear answer to my question about the product by email. This is also very important because we can have additional or detailed questions, ı felt more confident when you came back.

Also I had no difficulties on shipment procedures neither on timing or payment of the product.

Finally I am aware of the importance of satisfaction and opinions of cutomers and pleased to share my pleasure. Thank you very much.

neuroveen met expectations as Hello Life described. Pain not completely gone but greatly diminished. Took app. 2 wks. to start working. Now in 7th month. Highly recommend to try for nerve pain.

Choosing USPS as forwarder is a bad experience however I send a lot of mails to alert for not using this forwarder specially for previous bad experience but no one listening or reading mails

We are terribly sorry if we missed an email in regards to your package. We do show that a notification was sent in regards to your carrier question via email, but if we missed another, again we do apologize.

Unfortunately, we can not guarantee which carrier the package is sent with. Most international shipments are processed using USPS as FedEx may not accept the shipping address, so we do apologize that FedEx was not able to be used with your order. It does look like the package shipped out the 18th with our standard shipping via USPS. The estimated delivery time for international shipments is between 14-20 business days, which does vary depending on how long it takes to process through the customs department. We do apologize for the delay. Please feel free to contact our call center if you do not receive a notification from the carrier by next week.

In Turkey

In Turkey, people cannot import cosmetic products without a special permission. Your product Neuroveen Bottles considered as a cosmetic product at Turkish customs and that is why it took me some time to convince customs authorities that this was not a cosmetic product but a homeophatic medicine. In future if you export this kind of medicines to Turkey it is a good idea to write on the package that it is not cosmetic.

International delivery times can vary unfortunately, depending on how long it takes to process through customs. We do apologize for the delay.
