Was connected with Dr Sharon Olson through HelloMD. I am very happy with my experience, I felt Dr Olson listened carefully to the problems I was describing and gave great advice on how to proceed to manage pain and inflammation. The site was also easy to and use.

It was quick and the Dr. was great.

Amazing! Super easy and super fast. The doctor was really nice, we chatted for about 2 mins and then bam got my rec emailed to me like that!

Using the video consult was weird as I had to wait for someone to join but besides that the service was great.

The experience was great. I had no idea what to expect. I'm not tech savvy and the person I was first connected with helped me figure it all out - no problem!!

Some technical issues getting connected were handled expeditiously by support staff. Very short wait to talk to doctor. Helpful and informative.
Email with pdf of written recommendation came within minutes of ending video interview.

Although I had a few setbacks between the NY health dept and the practitioner, it was undetermined where the fault was to be found. Veronica was a rock star in working with me to obtain satisfaction. She pulled out all stops to support my endeavor and even went so far as to make sure on her days off her fellow workers were apprised of my problem. I made calls to local practitioners and found the cost and their expectations astronomical. The fee I paid for HelloMD and the amount of time I spent processing and talking with someone online was nominal. I highly recommend HelloMD and their support staff. Thank you.

I was hopping that I would get information on how to use the medicine on the followup email, but it did not come up.
Neither the link to print the ID card to order the product from dispensary is working.
Now it's already after hours, so I have to deal with it tomorrow. Kind of frustrating.

On point and a quite pleasant experience.

The practicitioner I worked with was down to earth and thorough with her examination. I felt very comfortable working with her, and she was able to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend.

Brief questionnaire, followed by a not so fluid process that includes paying and uploading info and downloading the video app. I was a little scared, but after talking to the doctor it was painless simple and less than 5 minutes. Dr. Kim was very nice and very informative. I suggest for anyone!

Dr. Tatiana Gonzalez Was excellent and even the woman before I was transferred was very kind and caring. I have been putting this off because of fear and stigma associated. I work in the medical field and suffer daily in pain from cancer treatments. Dr. Tatiana Gonzalez Was comforting and patient with me.
