Easy Set-up, Transparent Service
Playbook is transparent about what they offer, and what their service is for. The on-boarding process is really helpful especially if you are new to the financial/tax optimization scene. The graphics are awesome, and Phil was super helpful with the on-boarding.

TL;DR - bait and switch; sign up at your own risk.
The team was friendly and responsive when I was initially setting up my account and they offered a free trial period. However, I've never been able to get my account information to sync properly and they are now unresponsive to my requests for assistance or cancellation. It's like they stopped caring as soon as they got my billing information.
