We were staying at the Hilton in Richmond and became very ill from having dinner at the local restaurant. We called Henrico Taxi service and cannot tell how professional, caring the person was that drove me to the ER. Being so sick his concern was just for me and getting me to the ER the shortest distance.
When we left the ER at 9:30 am the following morning we called Henrico Taxi again and his first comment was I hope you are feeling better. Again most professional and caring.
I'm not sure how many of you have been sick in a city you are not familiar with, this was my first experience. Although it was a horrible experience the taxi driver service was excellent. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Cleanest & Most Reliable Taxi Service in RVA! Uber Will Never Receive A Dime From Me!
As a college student most of my friends use UBER... Since I had such a bad experience using their service, I went back to the basics of using a taxi... (which is more reliable) I called on a late after noon to pick me up from VCU the dispatcher gave me a 10 minute ETA and had a taxi at my dorm in 10 minutes exact. I was had several bags in my hand, the driver was so kind to get out of the car and help me. The van was clean, the driver was nice and my ride to the bus station was pleasant. I will be using this service over and over again. Thank you Ralph (driver) & Henrico Taxi!
