Same as everyone else on here. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Believing it was a uk company ,i purchased shoes. Absolute rubbish. Nothing like the picture. Not even worth £5. Then we go through trying to return. Oh yes, you can return , but you pay the costs back to China.Ok, well give you discount to keep them. Discount doesn't appear . AVOID AVOID AVOID

Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. After finding out they were not in fact an English company, the shoes arrived. Almost £50 a pair and that was after the 'sale' reduction! Was expecting excellent quality. Absolutely hideous. Not worth £5 a pair. Tacky, cheap and smelled of glue. And now expected to pay for return postage to China.

Henry Gray..... rubbish Henry Gray went into liquidation in 2024.... this is a scam website being used by a Chinese company churning out crap purporting to be boutique quality items.

My "Hunter" boots arrived in a plastic bag and are a flimsy, smelly, cheap and nasty man made material, that are so obviously not Hunters leather boots its laughable. I could tell the date on a pound coin by treading on it the sole of the boot is so thin.

This bunch wouldn't cancel my order like i tried to do once I realised they were scammers, lied about the shipping date and are generally underhand.
PayPal are now involved and im hoping to get my money back.

Apppalling quality, nothing like advertised, do not buy

It’s a fraud company based out of China that has scammed me already. They keep changing domain names to fool people. Either stuff doesn’t come, or it’s cheap knock off, and the return is to China at your cost!!!

Beware this company. Recently set up and appearing convincingly but deceitfully to be London-based. When substandard goods eventually appear, as they will, you find that the return process is so deliberately complex and untrustworthy, and the requirement to return tracked to their China warehouse so expensive, that you just have to bear the loss. Unless bought with a credit card or Paypal, there is nothing you can do. I am pretty careful when it comes to scams, but I could not get round this one and have my money returned. Interestingly, I cannot even post their real details here as Trustpilot censors them for containing inappropriate language!

This website is an absolute disgrace. Misrepresentation of products and false advertising. Do not be fooled like I was- everything ordered arrived and was nothing like the items listed. All going to the charity shop- someone may can fit into these sizes which are so off the scale wrong…… think children’s clothing

This company is a FRAUD / SCAM.
You will be sent the wrong item. If YES, there is only ONE WAY to get your money back.
If you luckily paid through PayPal, RAISE a Case with PayPal as you being sent an ITEM AS NOT DESCRIBED, give PayPal the acctual advert link, and pictures of your wrong item sent. A week later, ESCALATE the Same Case with PayPal. In time, you will be given a FULL REFUND and you keep the wrong item.
If you Did Not pay through PayPal and used your card, you will probably not recieve anything, This is a FRAUD / SCAM company and they Dont have any location in London

Rip off, shoddy items not as advertised, cheap Chinese crap, not UK based at all. Impossible to return or get a refund. Avoid and report these to trading standards.

Its a Scam / Fraud company.
They sent the wrong item to clear funds to them (which was made through PayPal). I was lucky to raise a case with PayPal and have my payment reversed.
DONT buy from them, you will regret it.

Complete scam. Company based in china (not London) and the clothes are Chinese. The trousers looked nothing like the advertised photos and trying to send them back was a nightmare. Please avoid

I ordered the cardo cotton shorts. They arrived and the are 100% polyester...

The product described didn't match what was delivered. The shirt that arrived was made of the thinnest fabric and was thrown together. The website was very convincing but the closest my shirt got to London was Hong Kong. It took 10 days to arrive and came all the way from Hong Kong. Henry Gray of London is an outright lie. If you want to send it back you have to pay to send it back to Hong Kong. It's a total rip off but the website is so convincing. Absolute rubbish. Avoid at all costs.

Bought a pair of adult shoes size 11 they sent a really poor childs shoe half the size and said if you keep it take 15% off, took ages to arrive and they wont seem to do anything even with picture as evidence. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM !!!!!

Fake company address. Actually based in China. What you will get eventually is an extremely poor quality item. I ordered some supposedly heavy duty tactical shorts. I think if I f@rted they would rip. The sizing is way out, I paid £39 for something I could have got for under £10 on eBay. Even at £10 I would have felt cheated. Check the postcode of their website on google earth and you will see it’s by some bins in tower hamlets (I kid you not).

SCAM company which ships substandard products from China which are nothing like the products advertised.
