I received an amber set for Christmas. The bracelet broke after two months, and the amber fell out of the necklace after six months. The set looked nice, but I have reservations about the quality.

Loved the ring I ordered and was exactly as described on website.

I bought 3 x turquoise and silver bracelets, 2 were sale items ( reconstituted turquoise) and one full price natural turquoise
They are beautiful and delivery was very quick but, I can’t tell them apart which is annoying as bought the natural one as a special present for a friend
Contacted Henryka, who said reconstituted would be more blue and natural more green and to send photos and they would help differentiate between them
Did so ( now twice) as need present wrapping for Sunday- but no reply - would really like some help as all 3 look identical to me

Apparently I had been mistakenly sent 3 x of the sale price reconstituted turquoise bracelets, rather than 2 of these and 1 natural turquoise ( full price) bracelet
I have now had confirmation that the correct one will be sent to me along with a paid postage label to return one of the reconstituted sale price bracelets

The item I received was EXACTLY as it looked online. I was so pleased with the quality of the product,communication and the overall experience

I love this pearl bracelet, really beautiful, and great value for money compared to other sites. Each pearl is a very slightly different size which makes it unique, and also a lovely white. Delivery was very prompt too. Delighted with this purchase, thank you 😊

Bought the puffin earings for my husband to give me for Christmas! Lovely quality which was much admired on a recent cruise. Only regret is not buying matching pendant at same time as doesn't seem to be available now. Great product.
