Great product and great customer service!

Excellent friendly customer service. Rewards system means you quickly build up points for discounts.

I absolutely love these supplements and believe they've really helped me. I've continuously taken them for over 2 years, through two pregnancies, two births, post partum and breastfeeding.

I recently had a payment issue (my old card expired and I couldn't update my card online) so I emailed customer services and Emily in customer service replied straight away and resolved the issue immediately, she even replied before 7am on a Saturday morning which I wasn't expecting!

Wow! HER9 has had a monumental impact to my physical and emotional well-being over the last 3 weeks.
I'm appetite has improved; my sleep quality - I'm not waking through the night & as for PMT symptoms....what PMT symptoms?
My energy levels have improved and my mental well-being has increased dramatically.
I work night shifts and homeschool full time, so this is 1,000% far from a placebo effect!!!!!

I was taking Her 9 supplements for about 3 years I think. I chose to have a break from them at the end of summer last year as I wanted to see how my 45 year old mind and body functioned without her9. I have had many discussions with female friends on what they are taking to help with hormones at our age.
My verdict is Her 9 are wonderful, clever and so valuable as I noticed many changes in myself after a few months without.
Initially I believe these supplements were developed for woman trying for babies, during pregnancy and post natal, so I was also considering possibly moving to other supplements but there’s so many so didn’t know where to go. I know now they’ve been recommended for woman throughout all stages of adult life and I agree they really did make a difference to me. During my break I have noticeably had several colds, spotty skin and my periods suddenly became uncomfortable as well as regularly having very low moods and less energy at certain times of the month.
I thought why stop something that’s helping me and natural and brilliant.
I have just restarted my subscription.

Thankyou Her 9 team for being lovely and helpful. So grateful for this product and I cannot fault the friendly, speedy customer service.

Roll on 2026 and taking them again.

My hot flushes have been worse since i have been on these tablets, and i havent really seen any benefit to weight, hair, or nails.

Her9 have fantastic customer service - very responsive on Instagram direct messages to resolve a delivery error free of charge. I took these vitamins while trying to conceive and believe they helped.

Beautiful packaging, amazing science behind the capsules, excited to see how they feel after I've been taking them for a while. So nice to have a simple supplement to cover all female needs!

Never delivered. Had an email on the 14th May that stock is out an offered £5 discount for next order. I can’t get this order so there isn’t a next order. Have emailed asking for update but no response. Will amend my review if received

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks, but their website simply won’t allow it. I’ve contacted customer service via email multiple times with no response. I’ve also reached out through Instagram direct messages, and again, no reply. Despite all this, they have now charged me £29.99 for a subscription I do not want.

Customer service seems non-existent, which makes me question the quality of their supplements if they can’t handle basic customer support. I would not recommend this company and will not be purchasing from them again.

**Update:** While I was eventually able to pause my subscription online, I am still unable to fully cancel it. After posting this review, the company reached out, not to solve the issue, but to question why I hadn’t canceled online (which I’ve repeatedly tried to do without success) and why I left a negative review (because I couldn’t get a response for *weeks*).

Despite this back-and-forth, the issue is still not resolved. I am still unable to cancel my subscription, and they have yet to provide a solution. It’s disappointing that they responded to my review rather than fixing the problem when I first contacted them.

Great service great delivery fabulous product

I really like these multivitamin capsules and have taken them prenatally, while pregnant and postnatally. I've found they've helped my nails to grow noticeably stronger and longer and helped to have more energy with babies that hate sleep! I feel they're helping to make up for everything being given to my babies while breastfeeding and make me feel better in myself and more nourished.

Her9 responds really well to feedback -
The capsules did used to give me fishy burps however the recipe was changed and they no longer repeat on me. I asked why the magnesium content was lower than in tablets you can buy and was told it's because it's delivered to your gut rather than dissolved in your stomach.

This is such a good company, their tablets have helped me massively in my TTC journey, they help balance my hormones too and overall I am super happy with them! I don’t have to worry about re ordering as I’m on a subscription each month, which helps massively! So thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I may be in the minority, but sadly these vitamins made me sick a few times and also repeated on me when I took them with a "fishy" aftertaste. As a result, I've had to stop taking them completely.

However, I did hear back from the customer service team, and after explaining my situation (my midwife advised that I should stop taking the vitamins to be on the safe side as my additional nausea may affect my early stage pregnancy) they offered to cancel my subscription as a goodwill gesture, (which they promptly actioned and sent confirmation of) provided I update my 1 star review, which I was more than happy to do. There was no point in me continuing to receive more vitamins when they could go to other ladies who can use them.

It's a shame I wasn't able to get on with these vitamins as I can see from previous reviews they definitely work for some ladies, just unfortunately not for me in this case.

I was really looking forward to starting these after reading positive things from ‘influencers’ and feeling like I wasn’t right after having a baby I needed something to help with the low moods and tiredness.
The first batch was great and I felt like these were going to be great. Prior to the second batch we moved house and I emailed asking how I changed address. Still waiting a response.
The second batch arrived and the smell was fishy, to the point where if I put it near my mouth it made me gip. I emailed them about this and again no response so I messaged on Facebook and was ignored. I decided to find a number and speak to someone, one Friday afternoon I spoke to the CEO about the issues with the batch and she spas she would speak with the team to contact me and arrange a refund. All sorted that evening, great!
3rd batch arrived, one of the packets gone, the other, smelt repulsive again! I emailed them to tell them and they said they would deal with this, offer a refund and another delivery as well as liaising with the production team. This was nearly two weeks ago and I have sent 2 chase up emails as I have not received the refund or replacement.
I am disappointed as I had high hopes for this company and their products and the fact it is a small business but they need to up their game with customer services, it’s not good enough. I should not have to keep chasing up on issues.

I have been peri-menopausal for a few months now and prior to taking Her 9, I had terrible hot flushes and aching joints, since starting on these my symptoms have subsided dramatically and there is no after taste like some supplements. Highly recommend.

Her.9 is amazing! I didn’t take them with my first pregnancy but I have with my second and it’s made such a difference with my nails, hair and skin. So much better than before! I love that they get delivered right to my door when I need them and the packaging so super cute! The customer service is amazing! Highly recommend
