Like everyone else is saying. Extremely small. I bet it is smaller than a kids XL. I can't even get my head through the hole.

Horrible wait almost a month to receive product when it came tight shirt small fit like a crop top no good smh had to refund can’t return this stuff

Ordered 6 XL polo style shirts, all arrived wrong size. It stated on their website the chest size 46-47 but the actual product may measures 34. Its for a child not and adult or at least a adult that wears XL. Opened a dispute with PayPal and even after providing all documentation, explanations they went with the seller. The seller is actually Jihuan Co., Ltd a Chinese company. They would never communicate via the PayPal dispute channel and only email me saying "Hello, we are very sorry that you are not satisfied with the product you received. We can either refund the full amount or resend the item for free. Please trust us and please cancel the dispute." "Hi there! 😊 We noticed that your order is in dispute. We are unable to process a refund for you. To proceed with the refund, we need to resolve the dispute. We hope you can understand and wish you well.", "Hello, there is no dispute regarding the reissuance or refund of the order. Please rest assured that we will handle it to the end. You can go to the mediation center of PayPal to view the ongoing disputes and choose to end them. Please provide screenshots and contact us for processing. Looking forward to your reply" I refused to close it out as it was my only protection so I thought. Yet in the end they still got away with it providing incorrect products to the consumer. Please stay away from this company if you value your money, and time. Also a warning I'd avoid PayPal as it seems they really don't uphold their buyers protection policy. After 24 years of using that platform I'll be discontinuing my account shortly. Its a shame that the world has become so corrupt.

It's a scam. They don't give you any notification of your order with an Order number and then they will only help you if you have an Order number. Do not trust them!

I ordered an XL shirt (Order # HER43163) but received a small instead - (even though the package said XL). I asked them to send me an XL to replace the shirt or give me a refund for the money I spent. According to their website…
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
The company is now saying that they will only refund my money if I pay 30% for shipping and handling. They were also “generous” enough to allow me to keep the shirt, even though it was multiple sizes too small and does me no good. If you are thinking of doing business with Hervns, I would strongly urge you to reconsider. They do not live up to their guarantee and are very difficult to do business with. They have changed their terms multiple times, from 20% to 30%, negotiating backwards on “what they are willing to offer”. I am not upset that a mistake occurred, I am upset that they won’t live up to their own commitments. I believe my ask is fair; either refund me all of money I spent or send me the XL shirt that I ordered.
After their initial offer of them not wanting to do anything to compensate me, the next round of emails said the following;

“Hello, for a full refund, you will need to cover the shipping cost to our company. This is a significant expense. The maximum refund amount we can apply for for you is 20%. I have also been under a lot of pressure. If you accept a 20% refund, you can receive the payment back to your account today. Please understand and appreciate our efforts. “

Is this the kind of company that you would like to do business with? Their guarantee promises one thing, then they state they will not honor their commitment. Then they offered to pay me 80% of the cost which I refused. Instead of offering something better they come back and say they will only pay me 70% of the price. Please think long and hard before spending any money with this organization, they do not live up to their commitments.

I ordered Mens 3XL polos and received 2 child size shirts. I immediately contacted customer service for a full refund and for them to pay for shipping (which is addressed on their return/refund policy on their website if the error is their fault) and they ignored my request for a refund instead offering a replacement with me paying for shipping. I told them to read my email and give me a refund and pay for the shipping back. I contacted them 2 more times showing them their policy from their website and the responded back that they could give me 10% and then 30% off - they even said I could keep the items, sell them myself or donate them. What kind of company is this. I finally told them I am not wasting any more time with them and will review them here along with other review sites and the BBB. My credit card company has a claim against them now, also.

I wish I would have seen previous reviews before I ordered. DO NOT ORDER this brand.

Part of my order was 3 three pack shorts. They sent me 3 individual shorts. Their customer service claims 24/7 activity, I only get a response when someone would be awake at their location. I have shown them screenshot proof, been going back and forth around a month. They keep refusing to send the rest of the order. They are intent on stealing my money pure and simple. Lies about product, no customer service, theft.

AI scam website. They do not sell the items you saw in the video ad.

Bought a polo shirt based on an ad on Facebook - my fault, I know. I should have checked out reviews first. Oh well, maybe I can save someone else from making the same mistake. Anyhow, I ordered a size 2XL men’s polo shirt. It took several weeks to arrive and it is, at best, a size medium. It was cheap, so it isn’t worth the hassle to try to send it back - from reading other reviews, that is a futile attempt. My wife can fit into it, but it is also cheap quality. Oh well, live and learn.

I ordered 3 polo shirts based on commercial ad and all 3 shirts are 4 sizes too small. The only way to contact their customer service is through email. I sent an email asking for a refund and return authorization and have received no response.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. Ordered 2 shirts in a mens 2xl and got 2 shirts that would fit an 8 yr old. Their return policy is crap. They only want to give you 10% of your money back. Sorry Chinese company. I am so tired of foreign companies posing as American made. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Zero run like the avoiding the plague go to PayPal support or start a credit card charge back a scam company. Completely incorrect sizing / terrible product and then try to scam you on returns and then modify their website and return terms avoid at all cost

Total BS. Told them i got a medium instead of XL that i ordered. They replied saying the shirt is smaller than actual size but they never say it on the website. They will only refund 5% double BS! This is a devil's company they are going to steal your money! Stay away

I ordered a shirt that was supposed to be a men’s XL, when it arrived it is about the size of a kid’s small.

I now realize this was a brushing scam. $21.99 given away…Chinese thieves stole my money. There is zero integrity left in the world.

I wish I would’ve read these reviews before I ordered a shirt. I ordered a three XL and I don’t think it would fit a small child. Sure the shirt is stretchy, but that’s not how they were advertised. And of course their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed or a full refund will be issued, that’s bullshit. I guess they spend enough money on advertising. They make a lot more money and just don’t care about honoring anything. Notice how they don’t have a review available on their website. Terrible, absolutely terrible. Avoid them at all cost.

Not only did the fabric turn my hands and everything it touched purple, I bought an XL and it looks like it fits a toddler. The quality is complete trash and don't bother trying to reach out to the company. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Same issues as all the others on here. Ordered a shirt that was clearly not the size indicated. Wanted a refund and they wanted me to pay more to return it than it cost to by this trash shirt. Offered me the same 10% as the others.

Ordered extra large shirts but what they sent were small.
