It's disheartening that most of the reviewers here clearly didn't read the product description. It said that everything was on preorder and wouldn't ship for a few months, I ordered the wave 1 bundle in late december knowing full well they wouldn't be here immediately and they arrived today safe and sound. Admittedly I never got any updates in that time and I didn't actually know they were coming (hence the 4 stars) but the plushies themselves are incredibly high quality and I definitely wasn't scammed. If anything they're even better than I expected, I'm surprised at how big they are!

All in all, don't let the bad reviews put you off, just be patient. Your order will arrive eventually.

I don't think that people have very good reading comprehension. When I placed my order in November (like many other people complaining on here), it said it would ship in March since the plushies were on preorder (I got the Spring Bonnie plush and the Shadow Bonnie hoodie, so both came in at the same time). They didn't arrive until a month after they said they would, which was the fault of the manufacturers and not the guy running the show. Oh well, they came in, my patience was rewarded and everything came in with great condition.

For everyone complaining the plushies they ordered for their poor children didn't come in for Christmas, it said on the website they were on preorder and weren't coming for Christmas. That was your mistake for not reading. It's not a scam and when they come in you're gonna be like "WOW". Actually your kids will because you guys don't really care.

Anyways thank you Dawko I am now a proud owner of a killer rabbit and have another article of clothing to add to my Shadow and Spring Bonnie collection.

I placed my order on November 28, 2023. It is now April 10, 2024 and after multiple delays and promises of shipment (first told it would ship in late January, then late March), I am being told that there are additional delays on 2 of the plush toys in the order with no date provided for anticipated shipment. I purchased 9 plush toys with free shipping so it should be reasonable for the company to send the items that are available, but this company is not reasonable. They will only ship the entire order at one time, so if any item is delayed the ENTIRE order is delayed.

Do not order from this Websight. I ordered a Christmas present for my Grandson, November 22, 2023. I tried to get my money back from the credit card company and they keep saying they shipped it. A total SCAM! Through pages of emails I have sent them they keep offering you offers to buy more at 10% off. Kids stay off of this Websight. Still have not received the product!

Took over 4 months to ship. I would have more understanding if these were handmade from someone running a small business in the US, but they ship from China.

After reaching out to customer service several times, my order placed in Nov finally shipped from China in March. It's still not here.

It's 2024, there are better places out there than Hex. Absolutely do not recommend!

Misleading product listings. Long delays with no communication to buyers. Bad customer service. Ordered in November 2023, yet to ship in March 2024. I’ve never seen an online merchant operate so poorly.

Ordered two plushies in December and have not received. Every time I email them, they just tell me they will come next month. When I ordered, the website stated I would get the plushies in approx 6 weeks.

Everybody who never got your goods and waiting 4 months !! GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR BANK!!! The cut off period that you can’t claim your money back is 6 months.

This is a massive shame as I got goods the year before and they were great ! What went wrong 2023 ???

So sad reading all kids was expecting their Christmas gift and this people jut took their parents money and have been play around people sending emails saying BS and they have not fulfill any order . lesson learned NEVER trust on this kind of website . This is coming from a Youtuber whose advertise those toys FNAF from this website and he is part of the Scam fr sure. after 4 months waiting

Purchased and was billed $100 on November 26, 2023. Never received products. No answer to email, no phone to contact vendor.
I was sent 3 separate emails apologizing for the delay. They all gave expected delivery dates with none realized. Now there is no communication from them at all. Today is Feb 16, 2024

I ordered 3 items on November 25, 2023 expecting to receive in adequate time for my son's birthday, or Christmas at the very least. I received no communications from the company until I reached out and was advised that they were behind on production so would be 6-8 weeks from the time I ordered. The tracking information they provided through the 'Shop' app was bogus. The company provided an update advising the order should be shipped the week of January 22nd, 2024. That week came and went, and I have emailed the company 3 separate times since the beginning of February asking for any update at all, remainingvery cordial. I'm yet to even receive a response from the company. I'll give it one more week to hear from them otherwise I'll be refuting the charge on my card and reporting them to the BBB.
I understand that any business can have issues with supply or production, but customer service and communication is tantamount to keeping a business going through hard times and they're not even remotely trying to stay afloat.

I would rate this company a -0 if possible. Definitely a scam company. My grandson sent me to this site for his birthday gift. I placed my order on December 1, 2023. They emailed me right away about taking the 10% off my order. Shipment said 6-8 weeks so I assumed the order would arrive any day. I have sent a few emails in the last 2 days, I have not heard back. After reading all the reviews on this site I called my credit card company to get a refund, which they processed immediately.

What a joke do not use this company I ordered on the 8th December had a couple of emails after me chasing them with different delivery dates. Still haven’t had the three items I ordered. Contacted them three times now to ask for a refund and no reply. DO NOT USE these guys.

Ordered Dec 7th for my son for Christmas and still waiting. I have reached out via email and just been told different shipping dates everytime. My autistic son doesn’t understand the concept of scams and crappy customer service and has been asking every night why Santa never brought these as he left a letter saying he would be getting them late! Do NOT order from this company.

Like other reviews I have read, I placed an order on 11/28/23 and am still awaiting my product. They took my money and have twice misrepresented when my order would ship. My latest emails have gone without response as I have asked for an exact date that my product will be shipped. I am not sure where to go next as I paid them nearly $200 for products that I am wondering if I will ever receive.

I pre-ordered the Withered fnaf set on November 3rd 2023. They were supposed to be ship week of December 25th. They have taken my money. I have written them asking when they are going to ship. Last week January 21st 2024. And got a response 6 days later saying they would be shipping out that week. Today is the 29th. And they are still not shipped out. I paid 195 dollars! AND STILL NOTHING! I have gotten the ones I ordered in the past that my son loved. I put the confirmation paper in a box for my son for Christmas for him to open. WE ARE WAITING. VERY HEARTBROKEN.
