Una sugerencia en las opciones de garantía: Poner más opciones de comunicación en español para los clientes.

Hexclad customer support provide great…

Hexclad customer support provide great customer service and their warranty support was quick and immediate replacement was sent. Two years of my Hexclad Pans (7 piece set) was awesome and two of the pan was defective and they coverer the warranty. Happy with their service and like I said their customer

I purchased my Hexclad bundle last year…

I purchased my Hexclad bundle last year 2025. I am very happy with the performance and durability. I love how the pans heats up quickly, evenly and retain heat well. Let's not forget the easy clean up with the non stick feature. Customer service is a top notch. Everyone in their team from the customer agents thru the Management got involved in corresponding. My issue with the Wok was resolved in less than 24 hours. They replaced the item right away. I highly recommend purchasing Hexclad cookware, they are a lifetime use. Will be purchasing other items in the future.

My customer service rep was Don P. and he was more than great! He helped and accommodated me with a replacement, and I could not be happier! Will definitely order more of the HexClad products in the future.

Excellent customer service

| am so impressed with your customer service. This issue was all my fault and your customer service did so much more than they had to. I am 68 years old and this issue was handled better than any in my life. You did not make me feel bad (for making a wrong selection) or like I was trying to do anything wrong.
I was able to exchange the item for one I wanted and you offered me a huge discount on my second choice (which I used).
You definitely have a long time customer here and yes I will share with my friends and family.
Again thank you for all you did for me.

Great product and they stand behind their warranty

My wife and I own 7+ Hexclad items ranging from double burner griddle, big pasta pots, a Wok and of course pans. We have absolutely loved using them and feel they elevate our cooking. We had one pan start to lose it's coating and after a super quick process with customer service they sent me a new one in 2 days and told us to recycle the damaged one. A+ customer service and they actually stand behind their warranty!
