I always have an amazing guided experience of learning with HFE. Over the past 10 years my journey from Level 2 Gym instructor, to today passing my all my Level 3 and 4's levels, I have been tutored and taught so much in experiance and knowledge.
In my experience with HFE's tutors and with their continue help my ever educated experiences, this has been a journey that has made to feel I always am relaxed and I have every question answered. I always feel whenever I do the next course, I feel I have 'come back home'! I always recommend them to everyone.

The whole course was well delivered, particularly the face to face/group sessions, which I found to be the most beneficial. The support from the tutors was excellent, they were very responsive and clear in their explanations. I would, and have, recommend this course to anyone who was interested in becoming a Pilates Instructor.

Re training at 61 felt quite daunting, I was taking my Level 3 in Nutrition and Level 2 Gym Instructor courses.
The support from Eleana was what got me through, the courses are excellent and I enjoyed both the workbooks and videos on offer even my Gym Practical at the end.
Take advantage of the tutor support it really does make a big difference, can't thank Eleana enough and HFE for getting me through.

I recently completed the Gym Instructor course and found the whole experience very positive. The learning materials were clear, well presented, and easy to follow, and the structure of the course made it straightforward to build skills and confidence at a steady pace.
I’d like to give particular thanks to Sarah Cole, who was extremely supportive throughout my practical assessment. Her guidance was calm, constructive, and genuinely helpful, and it made a real difference on the day.
Overall, a very solid course that I would recommend to anyone looking to start their journey in the fitness industry.

Lorna was a fantastic tutor! She made us all feel welcome and was a great support for everyone. She had a breadth of knowledge and it shows in the way she taught us all. I have had a great experience with HFE throughout my learning and certification and I would highly recommend them if you seek a professional service provider in fitness education. Starting with their prompt and informative response to my initial enquiry when I was about to book my first course, their initial introduction call, their easy-to-navigate online learning platform and assessments, the content of which I found very interesting and utmost useful, including all tutor contact, especially their prompt responses to my emails and very friendly and effective support via phone calls, I have confidently awarded 5 STARS and I will definitely use their training programmes again.

Great course, easy to follow and really interesting material. Great that a printed manual was also included in the price, makes it easier to follow with the book in front of you. Great support from the tutors too. Would definitely use HFE again.

Very speedy and efficient course!!! I throughly enjoyed both Mat and Reformer courses. I found it an adequate, in depth syllabus with great detail. There was also always a friendly tutor at the end of the phone to immediately help out with any queries when required. Worked very well with a freelance lifestyle therefore will highly recommend to lots of my dancer friends! Cannot thank the team enough !! Special mention to Dawn who lead a fantastic digital course for my Mat, also lovely Jess who lead my Reformer which I thoroughly enjoyed throughout and collectively wonderful tutors who I really felt went above and beyond for me in order to complete my tasks, Eleana and Danielle!

I had a great experience with HFE, from the onboarding process and support with understanding my LES (where all the online content is) to the work-shop days which were very full on but so well structured, to the practical exam support and post-exam case-study.

My support tutor Molly was excellent, as were the instructors who took the workshop days, very experienced and knowledgable. Would recommend.

The only draw-back was the wait time for the course paperwork submitted, but I know they have hired extra examiners to support here so something which they are already aware of and addressing.

Great tutor support from HFE on the level 3 diploma in Pilates. The online face to face sessions were really enjoyable and the teaching on the attendance days for the course was exceptional. I enjoyed the remote online learning materials, they let you pace your learning based on your other comittments. My tutor support was incredible.

Loved passing my Mat & Reformer Pilates qualifications with HFE.
The in-person weekends were so helpful, being able to learn properly, get hands-on with alignment, ask questions and just build confidence made such a difference.
The online support from Dani was great too, her energy and positivity definitely kept me going throughout!

Massive shout out to my support tutor Eleana. She was so helpful and lovely to me. At times I would feel all over the place and stuck but she was there always!!! Shout to katy and Dani also for helping me that past couple of days too!
