I bought my Hiboost 10k smart link on Amazon. I had it for a couple of weeks. I was afraid to take out of the box. Because what if it didn’t work. I live out in the country quite away from towers.I contacted the group on messenger. He told me if didn’t work they’d take it back out of the box and refund my money. I put it up on a telescopic flag pole so as to be able to lower it in a storm. I got it but it wasn’t working like it should. Noah walked me through the set up. I had inside antenna to high up. It was creating a loop between external antenna. Fixed that it’s been fine after that fix. Very helpful response. I highly recommend this product if you have some bars outside it will bring it inside.

I was building a home in a remote area and cell service was a huge problem. I was getting such minimal service that even making a phone call was out of the question unless I was standing outside. I decided to try using a booster And after doing some research I settled on the HiBoost product. Due to the weak cell signal I had to go to extremes in order to make the unit work. I was happy to find that support was excellent from the company. They have a Facebook group page where you can ask questions in a forum type setting. I was quickly contacted by one of their support people, Noah, Who gave me a tremendous amount of information on how to set up the unit for best results. You have to have some signal to boost, the technology is not a miracle worker. But even with the very sparse signal that I had I was able to get the booster working to the point where I could actually stream TV using T-Mobile 5G internet. This was a lifesaver at my remote location. The HiBoost products work so well that I just purchased a booster for my pickup truck, The Travel 3.0 ExplorerX model. The support from this company is great, and if you need help setting up they will be there for you.

First off I have a high technical background and even had to do some research on what was right to start with.

My criteria was cost, band, and included or needed accessories. What I didn't need was hand holding, or easy setup because that limits your choices.

So I tried one, and a few others. All basically worked the same. You point an antenna at the tower, limit the signal to what you need, make sure you don't get a loop back , add vertical separation or adjust your setup to make sure your not getting loop back signal.

What I liked about the high boost setup, cables were long enough for me, and antenna outside included worked first time and everything.

I did further tune the setup and its been working for over 5 years.

Now to be clear, I kept this one because it was more cost-effective (lower cost of entry) and again antennas worked good and cables were good for me.

What you need to know is with any of these the biggest pitfalls are (knowing your band you need, make sure the tower is pointed at correctly and make sure no loop back. This is done with tools like cell mapper to find towers. Check you phone for the bands you need. And check your stats to sport loop back.
Again it worked for me. And I kept it. It's been years without issue.

I bought our Hiboost cell phone booster over 3 years ago because we had virtually no service when we were on our remote land in Arizona. We used the recommended website to locate the best cell tower signal, pointed our antenna in the right direction, followed the instructions for ideal signal booster placement, and we were off and running! Now I have a good enough cell service to even use my Hotspot to watch movies on Roku TV.

We have been so happy with the booster that we recommended it to a family member who was having trouble making and receiving calls from his basement bedroom. This was a big concern because he was often on call for work emergencies. He bought a Hiboost, and it has been working out great!

We would highly recommend!

It's been almost a year now since I purchased a Hiboost for my overland rig. Customer service has been great and continues to this day. While installing the antenna, part of the antenna separated. I contacted Hiboost and they responded quickly and even sent a replacement part after I sent them photos of the part. The Hiboost has been consistent in providing me with enough signal to remain in contact with family in areas with poor signal. It does not work for areas where there is no signal at all. While riding around the mountain trails (forgetting I had put up the Hiboost antenna), I hit one too many branches and it knocked the top cover off. It was an easy fix but I sent photos to Hiboost anyways, to have them examine the part to make sure it was still good (it was). They responded almost immediately. What is so impressive about the company is their random follow ups. They have checked in with me to see how everything is holding up with the product and if I have any concerns. A majority of companies are really friendly and concerned for our satisfaction at the time we purchase the product. However, that's where it ends. Hiboost stands behind there product and the customer service never stops after the sale is done.

System may work if you have a relatively decent signal to begin with. If really at one bar, it won't help. Too late to return, selling it for whatever I can get.

I purchased a booster on Amazon and it did not work. I returned the unit for a refund. HiBoost contacted me and sent a replacement unit and I was told it would definitely work.
After buying mounting poles; drilling holes, and installing the unit; it still did. It work.
I spent 6-8 hours with HiBoost technical support trying together working; however, the end result for the technician was “it will not work for your application”.
Complete waste of time and money.

I recently bought a Hiboost unit secondhand; I live in a deep valley and cell signal has always been a problem. Either no signal or maybe one bar. I was skeptical about whether the unit would help, but wow! I wasn't even able to mount the antenna very high, maybe 15 feet; still, I immediately got a steady signal of 4 to 5 bars! I am extremely pleased with this product, and now wish I had bought one much sooner! Thanks a million, Hiboost!

Living in a rural area, we struggled with constant dropped calls and unreliable internet, often stuck with just 1 bar of service. After thorough research, I chose HiBoost—and I’m glad I did! Following their clear installation instructions and receiving EXCELLENT customer tech support, we now enjoy a steady 4 bars of 4G and even 5G UW. If you’re unsure which cell booster to get, I highly recommend this system—it truly delivers great results!

We live in an area with horrible service, had to stand near a window to use cell at best, otherwise had to go outside to use the phone,,,,,,,,,, we can now make calls from anywhere IN our house!!!!!! LOVE IT and WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!!!!!

I had a different repeater that really didn't work well, or lets say at all.. I did a lot of review on different products and cost. I settled in on this one and figured that the square footage needed to be larger to get more area even if the space was smaller. I purchased this one from Hi-Boost for 10,000 square feet. to my advantage I have a telephone pole so I was able to mount the antenna about 35 feet in the air.. and WOW!!!! everything came to life. LTE is is super, cell, 800 super.. my download and up loads that were none existence before is now downloading at 29.2 and my upload is at 2.20. this is from not even able to send a text message before, i was lucky to receive a phone call and it would drop. I am very pleased with the product! I would recommend this product. but i also must say that you need to do your home work on where and how far your tower is to connect. and you will need to make sure your antenna is high enough to catch the signal so it can be repeated... i know anyone who reads the product data and does there home work will be as pleased as I am...
