Very clean and simple service to rollover 401k funds and it's faster than any other method.

I have a traditional IRA that was automatically "given" to another broker after I left a job almost 10 years ago. I had tried to get it several times and just kept getting rerouted. It was only $2050, but still. Had to verify account...wrong login info...then they'd mail me something for verification and at some, I got too busy to follow through. I heard about Capitalize through SoFi and am thoroughly impressed with their service. I gave them my information, they found my account, gave me full instructions on how to get ALL that done, got my money and had it sent to my SoFi account and I couldn't be happier. So easy and stress free!!!

They initiated the rollover, but never had any inside knowledge of when funds would occur. The initial 8-12 business days was not accurate. All updates I received were basically guesses. When I reached out to see if they had any updates they suggested I contact the company that had my 401k. If it's an all encompassing service, it certainly left a lot to be desired. I basically got all the answers myself.

I’ve rolled my 401k multiple times and let me tell you something Rolling a 401k can be very difficult and worrisome, especially because doing it yourself right may require to fax someone or send a certified mail. With Capitalize it was just a few a clicks.
