Chic allure smelled like a mix of chemicals and old man cologne. It was aggressively marketed as amazing and my husband, mum, sister and close co worker all said It smelt terrible (“old man perfume” “chemicals” and “bad air freshener”) i also got the vanilla one and it smelled like cheap ultra sweet chemical heavy air freshener. It also made my eyes water/ made me sneeze when I sprayed it - Don’t know how they are getting away with this

Absolute Perfection! My Go-To Aussie Brand for Luxury Perfumes & Body Care. I cannot recommend Hideaway enough! I have purchased a wide variety of items from this incredible Australian store—including their perfumes, body mists, body scrubs, shower mousses, custards, and hand creams. I truly love every single product. Their perfumes are next-level because of the high oil concentration, meaning the scents last beautifully all day.Hideaway products have also become my favourite gifts. I regularly share them with my closest friends and my son. Even my husband, who generally never wears fragrances, is now completely hooked on Kings Conquest!I am currently eagerly waiting for my fourth order, which I bought specially for Father’s Day. As a little tip for other fans: when I can’t wait for shipping, I discovered that my local chemist stocks their perfumes and body mists! I have already popped in a few times to restock my absolute favourites, Black Essence and Aurora Rouge.Well done to the Hideaway team for providing such high-quality, luxury products at affordable prices. To top it all off, their delivery service is amazing, and I usually receive my items within just 5 days. Keep doing a great job—you have a loyal customer for life!

love the scents , cheap and affordable

On Wednesday, 22 July at 10:00 PM AEST, I received a "VIP Upgrade" promotional email offering free shipping using the code VIP72. However, upon reading the email, the terms stated the promotion had already expired the previous night, on Tuesday, 21 July at 11:59 PM AEST. Their automated dispatch system sent out a discount code that was literally impossible to redeem upon arrival.
​When I contacted customer support to point out that their system had sent an expired code, the team member completely missed the point and sent a generic, templated response stating that expired codes cannot be reactivated. This was not a case of a customer missing a deadline—it was a system error on Hideaway's end.
​After requesting that my ticket be escalated to a manager so this glitch could be properly reviewed, my follow-up emails and social media messages went completely unanswered. Sending out unredeemable promotional offers and then ignoring customer attempts to report the glitch is incredibly poor business practice. I have taken my business elsewhere.

Love Hideaway it helps with my dry skin and I always get comments on how yummy I smell haha

where do u even begin? the customer service is amazing. i emailed them about my shipping delays and they were so quick to respond and so lovely. I enjoy these scents so much i will continue to repurchase over and over. the scent lasts all day

Impossible to get hold of anyone except chatbots for support. I was told for 4 days in a row that my issue would be “passed onto the team and they will contact you via email”.

I ordered 11 scents in their recent sale to give them a proper go before reviewing. Even though it was cheap you really get what you pay for.
Some of the scents smelled nice at first (some smelled like straight alcohol, I've got them all sitting in a dark cupboard to see if they get better with time) but I don't know if it's the formulation or the cheap bottle but they make me sneeze like crazy as soon as I spray them. I find myself not reaching for them because I don't want to start sneezing again.
Tried applying them onto freshly moisturised skin as instructed, and they still barely lasted a few hours (it's not just me, I asked my husband what he thought of one and he couldn't smell it). As soon as you order, they bombard you with marketing emails and SMS every few days (I had to unsubscribe) and now they've started pushing out AI slop all over Facebook and Instagram, I wish I never placed an order and supported this company.

I purchased 10 perfumes & WOW I was so happy with every single one of them I love that they are a 10ml spray bottle to carry in your handbag. They all smell Devine🥰🥰

I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the level of customer service I received.

After five days, I contacted Hideaway's customer service regarding a problem with my order and, to date, I have not received any response. A complete lack of acknowledgement or communication is both disappointing and unprofessional.

My order contained six perfume bottles. Upon delivery, I noticed a liquid stain on the outside of the parcel. When I opened the box, there was also evidence of leaked liquid inside, and I discovered that one of the perfume bottles was completely empty. On closer inspection, the spray mechanism had broken away from the bottle and was loose inside the package, indicating the damage had occurred before or during transit.

While I understand that damage can occasionally happen during shipping, I was disappointed by the standard of packaging. The perfume bottles were free to move around inside the box with very little protective cushioning. Given that these are fragile glass bottles containing liquid, I believe they should have been individually wrapped or adequately protected to minimise the risk of damage.

Although I was entitled to pursue a replacement or refund, I have decided not to. My disappointment extends beyond the damaged product to the complete lack of customer service and communication.

In terms of the fragrances themselves, I found them acceptable but not particularly memorable. Having also purchased from Àerre, I personally found their fragrances to be noticeably closer to the original designer perfumes, with a more refined and authentic scent profile.

Finally, I found the company's refund policy to be unnecessarily restrictive and not particularly customer-friendly, especially in circumstances where a product arrives damaged.

Overall, this experience has left me disappointed, and I would not choose to purchase from Hideaway again.

Firstly I LOVE the Fragrances and have had many people ask me what I am Wearing. And the Customer Services is exceptional - amazing small Aussie Business with good old fashioned values. Hard to go past Hideaway Fragrances for Quality, service and Value !

Amazing products and amazing brand I'm always getting complemented on their fragrances I can't recommend them enough they are definitely worth a try. Out of the 20ish fragrances I have purchased only one or two have been a miss with my personal preferences but still found loving homes with friends that still appreciated them.
And their customer service is always great

i had a family member buy something for me as a gift and i have loved use it since and i havent changed perfumes at all i just keep rebuying the same one considering i love it so much, my last order came in 2 days.

I would give zero if allowable due to poor customer service. Even though I followed their procedure immediately upon realising I’d incorrectly placed an order and had confirmation of a cancelled order through online chat before dispatch, the order was still sent. To return I had to pay postage and wait for a refund..

Always have great products and they smell amazing!!
