Used Highfield a few times over the last couple years and every time it’s a great experience Tom is always super helpful, would highly recommend to anyone to reach out be that to buy or sell a vehicle.

We are not very good with cars and despite our best efforts failed to find a new (used) car to replace our old Audi which was on its last legs. Tom provided a voice of reassurance from the start, assuring us he could meet our demanding brief. He was as good as his word and within a week had identified the right vehicle and driven it from Essex to Yorkshire. We are very pleased with it and cannot speak too highly of Tom’s commitment to brilliant customer service.

I booked a valet service with this company earlier in the month. I had previously thought a valet service was fairly similar anywhere you went but it turns out that’s not the case. Highfield Automotive’s service is second to none. The car looked like new again. Tom took every care over it and was really helpful working around our timeframes. He’s such an easy and professional individual to deal with too, so I’ll be a returning customer! A great surprise a few days later was how clean even the fuel cap was! Highly recommend!

I don’t really do these but I feel compelled to do so with my experience with Tom. Tom truly went above and beyond x10 from start to finish! (Even with personal car related troubles due to a sh***y dealership) So my mrs bought a car from Highfield Automotive and we just had complication after complication but none the less we had exceptional support from Tom who did everything he could to make sure we got into the car my Mrs wanted! Long story short mr Mrs absolutely LOVES her new car and we’re both blow away by Tom service!

Tom is fantastic and professional, from arranging a great price for my part exchange and then sourcing and providing the right specification on my new 911 992 turbo S. I was in the market for a while and having experienced poor service from a Porsche dealership Tom went over an beyond to provide excellent service from start to finish.
