The service I received from Blair was exceptional and I don’t think it would have been the same if I went to one of the major stores or brands directly. Yes, there were issue that were outside the control of Blair, it looked like the courier had dropped the box but the way Blair handled this was exceptional, arranging collection and delivery or a new PC and keeping me updated and ensuring everything went smoothly. It’s easy to give 5 stars when everything goes well but it’s the service you get when there are issues that sets companies apart and I would highly recommend Highlanderstore, you will not be disappointed

He's extremely knowledgeable and was there to answer any questions I had, and I know that he would be happy to help going forward as well. Well first of all I’m not a PC guy but I bought one for my sons birthday, I chose highlander because my geek brother said the PC advertised was the best value for money he had ever seen. He was not wrong, it’s super fast plays all modern games flawlessly and the led lights are amazing. It was delivered to my door so a complete hassle free experience from purchase to possession. Price was 100% affordable and I was able to set up a pay in 3 that made the world of difference in the current economic climate. Communication was fantastic, I would definitely buy again from highlander.

I couldn't be happier with the PC Blair built for me. I found him through Facebook and from the very start he kept me updated throughout the whole process, which gave me a lot of confidence.

I explained exactly what I needed the PC for and the budget I had, and instead of trying to sell me something unnecessary, he built the best possible system to suit my needs and budget. Everything was clearly explained, communication was excellent, and the finished PC is fantastic.

I couldn’t recommend Highlanderstore highly enough. Blair was fantastic from start to finish. The communication was fantastic and he kept me updated throughout the build, answered every question I had (and there were quite a few!), and made the whole process really straightforward.

The PC arrived well packaged and was in perfect condition. Blair even removed the graphics card for shipping to reduce the risk of damage and then talked me through fitting it, as this was my first gaming PC, which was much easier than I expected.

Windows was fully installed and set up, and everything worked straight out of the box. Coming from an Xbox Series X, the difference has been incredible. Games run brilliantly and feel so much smoother.

If you’re looking for a custom gaming PC and great customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Highlanderstore :)
