I have purchased quite a few items from Highstreet Outlet and have never been disappointed. Quality is good, with some really outstanding dresses, bags, jackets etc, and it is beautifully packed and dispatched immediately. If there has been the need to return they refund you immediately and when there was a delivery issue by couriers they rectified it immediately. The ladies there are outstanding in their service. This is my go to company for clothes. Thank you ladies.

Have ordered from highstreet outlet a couple of times and have always had a great experience. Customer service was great as I am between sizes and was unsure what would fit best. I sent them a message on instagram and had a reply within the hour. The discounts are great and would definitely order from them again.

Love this company. Great discounted clothes, service and the ladies are all great, real people…love their lives everyday and you get to see the clothes on all shape's, size’s and heights. I’m addicted! 🤩

I'm giving it one as it's the least I can give !
The clothes are poor quality.
The cut of cloth is terrible.
Returns policy is stupid.
Never to use again.
And I suggest you don't either.

Made a few purchases no problems it's a shame disgruntled customers leave poor reviews and really happy customers don't . The company always give clues to what brand you are buying so you know yourself if they run big/ small especially on the live broadcasts on insta Facebook even measuring the garments for you ! I ordered on Monday evening email from Evri Tuesday saying item on way so finding a quick delivery standered £3.99 postage or free if a large spend over £50.00:

I have bought a few garments from HSO and everything has always arrived promptly.
My size is between 10 and 12, and buying the right size online is sometimes challenging. However, the staff at HSO have always answered all my questions; they are very helpful.

Sent me an item that had been used denied it but then said they sometimes wash their clothes. Very poor customer service won’t be ordering from them again

I have purchased items from the website a few times, great service. Yes you have to pay for returns but that's the case with lots of online retailers these days including big brands!

It seems if you have a complaint or an issue they will just block you from fb and Instagram, how unprofessional.

Unfortunately the purchases I bought were wrongly sized ( too small ) it cost me £13 to return of which HSO agreed to pay £5 but then sneakily knocked it off my refund and blocked me on Facebook so I couldn’t contact them. Ummm…….unprofessional and cheats. Sad to see such disingenuous people trading in the fashion industry 😢 I have received a reply, sadly as expected their refund was less the £5 postage they had said they would contribute. The fact of the matter is that high street outlet are selling goods cheaply that are wrongly sized and will not pay for the return postage. HSO admitted in our string of emails that the jeans came up small. This is a genuine review and was not meant to be defamatory. Please note the truth can not be defamatory. Btw I do not live in Jersey! Thanks for getting in contact at this late date HSO.

Really impressed. Items posted same day as order. Good email communication. Three items arrived, two items were lovely, fitted great and looked amazing, one I didn't like when I tried it on so returned it. Postage wasn't much. Refund processed really quickly. No issues at all. Will use again.

Love Shopping with this Company.. Great Quality and PRICES.. and it feels very Friendly too. Which is nice. what i like is how they Show all the new Arrivals on a Friday so you can view them before and treat yourself. Also one item I returned for an Exchange and this was dealt with very quickly . 10 out of 10. From me. WELL DONE LADIES and the little dog Monty who sometimes makes an appearance on a Friday .

This website isn't badly priced apart from the delivery charge and also you have to pay for returns.

Prompt, reliable service.
Items as expected and good value.
No postage charges as spent over £40.
Would certainly not hesitate to use again.

They have a good selection of ladies wear and accessories brands that you cannot always afford on the high street but there is only one problem, postage! There is only one standard price for postage and it takes so long to get to you. I have bought several thing from this website and love what I have bought but the wait for it to arrive puts me off some times. If you don't mind about a 5 day wait for your item, then have a look.
