The school offers a base service, or with an additional cost to upgrade the service, send your certificate to the courts and update user with a confirmation from the court of the submission and closure of the case. If you decline and attempt to save the PDF file of yourself, the certificate, it's locked and the user cannot edit the permissions, with would allow the e-file utilized through the courts web submission page. If I hadn't figure a work around, I'd have physically mail the certificate or pay for the upgrade to their services. Also note, I was on the phone with the collier county clerks office, they reported not to trust the school sending the certs, it rarely happens. The file was locked and the site wouldn't allow me to proceed to the next step in the process. shame of this school, preying on unknowing customers.

Easy, and hassle free. All I had to do is pay, take the course and pass the test. Highway traffic school notified DMV and the court upon my completion.

Dont pay the extra for the videos. I thought it would be easier but there are 104 sections with 3 3-10min videos each. 4 hours turned into 24

The information was relevant and easy to understand. You can take your time and take a break for a few minutes. If you didn't understand a question it was easy to go back and review again.
Be ready to answer the personal questions throughout the class so they know it is still you at the keyboard.

The best class to take

Easy to navigate, easy to understand, easy to stop and continue at my will. Information both remindful, as well as new to me. Highly recommend company. When you finish the course, they submit everything to the court, you only need to follow up and make sure the court filed it.

Being able to take the course online at my pace so that I could understand what still applied and what was changed. As well what facts had change concerning percentages as to each item that detailed to show how fast everything happens while you are behind the wheel. This even pertains to your health and your family whose lives depend on you, as well other drivers an their families. Thanks for the help and the information too keep us all safe.

It’s one of the cheapest, if not, the cheapest, and there are no hidden fees. You do not have to pay the extra $10. I just wish I wasn’t forced to sit there for three minutes after reading one paragraph.

The program was comprehensive but easy to follow broken down into categories. Was able to hold attention that way. Good illustrations.

My experience wasn’t too good I did the course perfectly fine and then when it came to the exam I was half way done and I got an ad and when x’d out of it my exam was failed. I called and they told me I was just gonna have to pay again so I wouldn’t recommend taking your exam here in case this happens to you and you have to spend double the money.

I enjoyed how easy everything was and it wasn’t to stressful as the other apps that I tried to use

It was great it gave you enough time to read and understand the concept of each slide and it gives you refresh of what you read I give it a thumbs 👍 up

I got a ticket about a month ago, it’s 7 days before my court date and it was 7 pm (and they close at 7pm)and since the course is 4 hours i needed to do it immediately to avoid court hassle. I called the support line and talked to someone, told them I was submitting my info and asked if I’d be approved. They said yes they’d make sure I was, I was done at 7:15 or so and they approved it within seconds I’m very grateful
