It's always nice to go down to site and see the rubbish has been taken away, it's like we have magic refuse persons as I don't see them turn up but the rubbish has gone. The back office team are also great and deal with things efficiently.

Hills was very helpful when we moved business premises. But they have since charged us incorrectly for the service provided and not refunded us yet.

The customer service is very good and they are very helpful especially kelly Gibson in credit control.

Hills are contracted by waste managed to collect our glass bins. Out of the last 4 collections only 2 have been made. The excess glass was to be collected from the first time,it was not. Hills did not inform waste managed the third party that they did not empty the bins on either occasion. Apparently I am to inform them if they do not collect!. It is now going to take 3 days for the complaint to be resolved and I have had to take a picture of the location of the bins on the premises. other collection has been completed with the bins in the exact same location. I have been charged for 2 collections where no glass collection took place. Along with a great deal of my time.

I have had to contact Hills a few times recently whilst doing some research and in turn placing an order. Each time Geri was superb. She was very helpful and happy to answer any and all questions I asked. Thank you for making the process of setting up a painless one!

Magda in the head office was very accommodating and efficient in getting our new account set up and organized at very short notice. The driver and vehicle loaders were also brilliant and informative at the 1st collection on when we would expect collections throughout the week. Would recommend using this company.
