Friendly and easy
Went to just have a look around, Tim was very friendly and helped me find what I needed within my budget. He was easy to communicate with after I had more questions when leaving the forecourt. When buying the car it was easy and smooth. Overall very good and easy experience.

We travelled down from Scotland to collect our car from Hine Author Group and honestly couldn’t fault the service.
Everyone was really friendly and helpful, and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. As we were travelling quite a distance, it was reassuring to know everything was organised before we got there.
The car was exactly as described and ready for us when we arrived. Definitely worth the trip down and we’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a car.
Thanks again for making it such an easy experience for us!

Popped in to have a look at some cars and not like many other car sales he has a good selection of vehicle for what ever you need, Tim is very professional and advised me on what car would be more suited for what I want, wouldn’t go anywhere else the customer service was second to none

Quick and easy sale. Agreed to pay half for the timing belt as it was due and I wanted it done before buying the car. Even delivered the car to me to save trying to find a way to go and collect the car.
