They were GREAT!
They were really great! They answered all my questions and concerns, and helped me find all my wishlist items in Hong Kong. I was 100% satisfied it when received and opened my parcel, which all my stuffs were bubble wrapped to reduce the risk of damage.
Overall a great experience customised shopping online. Highly recommend Hong Kong Long D (the personal shopping service) to all who want to seek a quality and customised service. They do help you!

Have been used HK longd services for few times already. Their services are very good, I’m living in Canada, they don’t even mind to work late to get me a price quotation due to the time zone diff. They don’t mind to help me shop around to get the things I can’t buy from Canada! Shipping is fast and the way they pack the items are so nice and good protection, my vase is arrive safe

I recently worked with Hklongd to locate and purchase many expensive and extremely fragile items from HK that are NOT available in the US. They quickly located each of the items that I had been searching for and they also let me know when they found complementary items that I also needed (as it turned out). They understood that we needed to act fast to secure the items once identified to ensure that we were the successful buyers. The delicate items were all packaged thoughtfully, ensuring that there was NO BREAKAGE from HK to the US. Again, Hklong helped me get products that I had been for searching for. The pricing was fair and I received ALL items safely and quickly. I will continue to work with them on anything from HK and I highly recommend their services!
