What a great experience from start to finish buying a preloved item online. Such helpful honest staff (I had initial questions) and then my dealings with Daniel, who went above and beyond helping me to buy the item I had fallen in love with, were exceptional. To be honest the photos didn't do it justice, it was 10 times better. Arrived next day, beautifully presented and well packed. Just so thrilled and I felt confident parting with rather a lot of money for an item I hadn't seen in person. Great company!

Daniel was proactive and communicative. The watch strap needed replacing, which he ordered and sent complete package. Due to waiting for a strap to arrive, the shipping took a little longer than expected but he kept me updated along the way.

From point of order until delivery I was constantly updated, my order took 24hrs to arrive. The price was the best I’d seen online. The packaging is stunning and super pleased with the Longines watch. It’s for a present but I’m sure my husband will be over the moon.

I recently purchased a beautiful timepiece for my partner for christmas and birthday from H.L.Brown and I want to express my gratitude to Paul, who is a true gent and brilliant to deal with. He respresented both the Rolex brand and H.L.Brown fantastically and is a credit to both. The service i received was top tier, very professional throughout and i will most certainly be back to purchase here again and have no reservations of recommending the company to others.
So once again thanks to Paul and H.L.Brown for his incredible assistance and expertise and for making this happen for such a special occasion. My Partner absolutely loves her new timepiece.

My long standing jeweller lost their Rolex franchise and I was looking for a family firm with well established credentials to try and build a new relationship with. H L Brown seemed to fit the bill so I booked an appointment to introduce myself and see if what I had heard about their heritage and service was true. Brett Heath (the manager) looked after me really well, I asked him to see if he could source me a watch and agreed to get in touch over the next few months. I have just popped back in to see Brett, him and the team are all lovely and they have sourced me a beautiful watch and I am really happy that I have a new relationship which I am sure will prosper further. The communication and service has been tip top and I have some friends that I have recommended H L Brown to and I'm sure they will get the same great service too.
