Beware, they're scammers. I ordered shoes and after waiting a month, according to their tracking code, the item was delivered, even though I didn't receive anything. They didn't respond to my email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

You will not receive any order. Service for fraudulent schemes of the narrow-eyed.

It is a SCAM courier platform ! My package was dispatched and I was able to track if for a month and once it said delivered nothing has arrived to my shipment address.
I have contacted them and no answer, they do not care.
Be careful as they seem to have your package under track and control and suddenly it disappears. It is a SCAM, avoid transport with this platform.

I am outraged. Your website has now suddenly updated to say it was “delivered”, twice on the same day - and it has not been delivered.

Very similar experience to the comments by others here. My package has absolutely NOT been delivered. I have received nothing. No knock at the door, no card left, no picture evidence, and no delivery confirmation. This is completely unacceptable - especially after waiting over a month.

I am extremely upset, frustrated, and disappointed. I expect:

Immediate delivery of my shoes, with photo proof and tracking confirmation.

A full refund if the item cannot be properly delivered — no delays, no excuses.

Please treat this with urgency. I expect a response and resolution within 24 hours.

Tried to track my order, information says it was delivered, in two different days, but it was not!
I have cameras and nothing was dropped in my house, no call, nothing!
I want my order or my money back.

It’s a scam. Parcel shows delivered but that’s bullshit.

Very bad experience,after reading reviews I believe that this is scam ,also my parcel after 30 days show delivered,I am totally disappointed,no company found no website I don’t know what can do how to refund my money

Tracking is obviously fake - after 31 days the package suddenly was "delivered" but I have cameras that prove otherwise. I believe this "company" exists to enable scams and delay / discourage credit card chargebacks.

Company is a con saying item deliverd there is no proof of delivery or what courier who delivered item everything I have asked for both there not telling you stay well back from this company

AX100014778CD. spare tire left HK and arrived in US in 2 days. I don't think so. Then handed to USPS without tracking number and tracking says it was delivered. How do you know? And no it was not delivered and my cameras tell the real story.
